I recently moved to the area and ordered a pepperoni pizza to take home. When I opened the box, I was so pleasantly surprised! The pizza looked amazing and tasted even better. I wish I had taken a picture, but it was just too delicious, and we were so hungry! The staff was super friendly, too. We’ll be back for more!

Nothing like family food. The pizza is so good I ate a whole 12" within...12 hours. Fresh, traditional and customized, some thought and some love has been put into this pizza, the calzones I have eaten here.

You would not expect a great pizza in a tiny town, but the Salty Dog made great pies. We were at a VBRO in the area and got pizza one night. The crust is so good! Highly reccomend.

I didn't realize you needed to drive to the middle of nowhere to have the best slice of pizza in Virginia but here we are. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the manager actually offered me his Dr Pepper because I was parched. He's also also hotter than the steaming pie that comes out of the oven. We touched hands a bit when he handed me my pan of pizza but I was too nervous to meet his gaze.
