I really feel that the manager Bass needs to be replaced,rudeness doesn’t go far in the small town! Yeah, could’ve had a bad day, but don’t take it out on your customer.

So I went there today with my girlfriend and the woman that was up front was training somebody today I don’t know her name but I will find out she was rude and disrespectful while talking to my girl while she was making the order and she tossed the food around like her job didn’t mean anything to her I was gonna say something but I’ll leave it to corporate to find out I want something done because this shouldn’t be happening if you don’t want the job don’t work I want there to be action done about this because this is really ridiculous y’all really hire people who are this rude???(christy bass is her name )

Ordered a number 33 online with extra teriyaki sauce. Got home and there was no teriyaki sauce, but there was vinegar when I didn't even order vinegar. Do not recommend. Make sure you look past all of the fake reviews, this place is trash.

I bought 3 footlong subs today & ordered double meat and was charged accordingly , I gave a 15.00 tip. . I just opened one and it was the worst sandwich I've ever seen. None were double meat.. I called to complain and briefly spoke to some imbecile named "johnny" and he hung up on me. I have been trying to call back and they won't answer(which I'm sure their franchise owner wouldn't think appropriate) . I won't be back. I don't recommend this Subway to anyone. I understand it's difficult to find good employees, but apparently in mathews Va, it's impossible.

I ordered The sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. The chicken was hard and uncooked. I normally have great sandwiches here, I was surprised. I just don't want anyone to get sick or break a tooth.
walked in just to get cookies after we came back from the beach, in which my friend was still in her bathing suit with a tee shirt, the subway employee abruptly came and yelled at her and told her to leave, without even saying hello or asking nicely. then proceeded to look me in the face with a rude look on her face and ask did i need something. mind you, me and my friend are teenagers and she was a grown woman yelling at teenagers for no reason, honestly just felt disrespected as an individual. feel bad for her though, a grown woman working at subway should have some awareness of human decency so obviously she has some deeper issues. definitely will not returnside note: they had no cookies, guessing she has too much anger on her mind and forgot to do her job.

Very well maintained and clean and workers have a nice personality for food service and AC keeps this place Cold on the Hot summer days lol .
Subs are great every time I go there. They are not sparingly with the toppings. The only reason I did a 4 for service is I got there right before close and they ran to the back and one of the employees hollered were closed. The atmosphere is pretty typical subway. Not bad.
