Brother's Pizza and Subs

My mom went in to the restaurant alone to look at the look at the menu and decided to buy me a veggie sub. She came to the car to tell me becuase I was on a phone call, and I let her know I didn’t want that. She immediately went back in to ask if she could change or cancel the order and was told no, it had already been paid for and started. They refused to make any change, even to add meat (which she eats) since I didn't want it.

When I went in to ask why, the staff was standoffish and offered no real customer service. They weren’t busy, only one guest in the restaurant, so it’s hard to understand the rigid response and lack of care.

In the end, my mom was forced to buy and eat a sandwich she didn’t want, with ingredients she doesn’t like. Poor service, poor flexibility, and a bad taste left all around, literally and figuratively.

I’m a 70-year-old mom who was just trying to do something nice for my son. I walked into this small restaurant (which only had one guest at the time), and even though I stood there waiting patiently, it took them over five minutes just to acknowledge me.

I eventually placed an order for a veggie sub, thinking my son would like it. As soon as I stepped outside to tell him, he let me know he didn’t want that. I immediately went back in, literally within a minute and kindly asked if I could change or cancel the order. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, just wanted to swap it for something he’d enjoy. They flat-out refused and said the order had already been started and paid for.

I even offered to change the sub to something I could eat, I’m not a vegetarian, and I don’t eat olives, which the original sub had. But they still wouldn’t budge. There was zero effort to be understanding, no flexibility, and no customer service whatsoever. The young man I spoke to was cold and standoffish, like my request was a burden.

So I ended up being stuck with a sandwich I didn’t want and couldn’t enjoy. It's truly disappointing to be treated that way, especially when you’re just trying to do something kind. Take a look at the pictures of what they made.

The BEST pizza in Shenandoah County!

Small cheese pizza, small square pepperoni & mushrooms, and bacon cheese fries we forgot to photo before we ate. So good!

This place is hit or miss. Example their Cheeseburger Sub is great, but their bread sticks with cheese are horrible. Some days their onion rings r good and others not so much.

i placed an order at 4:55 pm said deliverytime was 60 min, called bak about 6:15 to see where it was girl said it had just left( i'm only 15 min away) at 7:00 my pizza shows up cold and when i called back the girls said there 81 was shut down, looked at my 511 cameras no wreck 81 was follwing just fine i was lied to, i will never order from here again, didn't even offer a refund said they would make me another pizza and get it right out if it took them 2 hours or the first one why would i wait another 2 hrs for a second one so very very unhappy with brothers

The best pizza I ever had

Great stop, good food, kind attentive staff, clean and welcoming. Had a yummy chicken Cesar salad and steak and cheese sub. Will definitely recommend and stop in again.

The pizza here has been very good especially for the past year or so. Tonight it was not quite as good as usual but I know it was just a fluke. It was over cooked somewhat (a few areas of burnt cheese and burnt crust. But it was still pretty good. We got a large pizza that was half Hawaiian (ham and pineapple) and half "special" (everything). There were several people sitting at the few tables eating pizza which I was happy to see. I hope Brothers Pizza keep making their tasty pizza for a long time to come and I hope they have a very successful business.

Did a call-in order while in the area. My wings and bacon/cheese tater tots were good. If I'm thru here again, I'll definitely be back.

Had mine delivered to the trucks top since I'm tired of Arby's. White pizza and honey buffalo wings were really good, bookmarking this place for future stops.

Service was amazing for my party being 9 people, very attentive. Pizza had a great crunch to it. as well as the wings. Will definitely come back if i’m in the area.

So glad we found this place! We had thin crust pizza. The ratio of all of the cheese to sauce was perfect! Sauce was delicious! And the eggplant parm sub was amazing!
