I was just at the fuel stop not at the restaurant. I refuse to put that garbage or imitation food in my body. That goes for majority of the fast food restaurants. The choice is yours.

Slow *edit after receiving food. Get a deluxe chicken sandwich, missing ingredients. I ordered a McChicken deluxe, not a McChicken Mayo. Ended up with Mayo sandwich... SMH should have went to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes.

My wife and I was traveling to MD we decided to stop at McDonald's in the love's I got to say it was very busy as I ordered our food I said to the cashier please make everything fresh because my wife will ask me to bring it back she was very nice and professional she laughs and said ok and that's what she did our food was Hot and fresh THANKS 👍

McDonalds in general have higher prices. Their food quality and portion sizing is down. At this location a young lady named Katie claiming to be a manager was very rude when I had commented to my grandson in front of her how high the prices have gotten and the portions smaller and the quality down.... this young lady heard me say this to my Grandson and told me Hardees was just next door. I thanked her and went to Hatdees next door per her suggestion and was totally 100% satisfied. So yall don't waste your time here. Hardees it's just next door on the other side of the 81 exit.

I got food poisoning there about two weeks ago from a sausage biscuit I wont be returning there ever again with then the hour after eating it i was sick as crap.
Took way to long for a mobile order. This chick comes out and says a name no one answers she literally throws the food on the ground. What the hell

I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. Now, that's not the end of the world, but tell me how I have to wait for them to prepare food and it comes out room temperature. Only nice thing was the lady who brought my food out. She was kind.

Ordered a cheeseburger on the app. Two cars in front of me at drive thru. God help you if there's a long line and you needcto get somewhere in a hurry, this is NOT a fast food place. Took them ten minutes to get the order ready for the car in front of me who did not order ahead. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and sat and sat waiting on my one cheeseburger. Tried to be optimistic, thinking they were making it fresh since things were slow and it would be nice and hot. Wrong! What I got was a sloppy, slapped together, lukewarm cheeseburger. This is not unusual. Some of the workers act like they're doing you a favor to open the window and hand you your food. Some are nice but this doesn't make up for the lackluster food and performance. I could have driven to Abingdon and gotten my food faster than here.
This has got to be the slowest drive thru in the country. If you're in a hurry, don't stop here.
