For some reason, they permitted an order through Uber eats one hour before closing. Then, they just refused to process the order and canceled it after they closed so that no other order could be placed since everyone else was closed. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not go here if it was the last place to find food in Virginia.
I can deal with food mistakes, but poor service is where I draw the line. Absolutely disappointing.

This one just had zero panage, or hootspa. Just about the blandest looking McDonald's I've ever been in. Even the employees didn’t stand out as cheerful or friendly as most others. They weren't rude or impolite just not sure if I've ever been to a bland McDonald's before this.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's ever. I had a daily double which was room temperature and a chicken Big Mac which was room temperature and absolutely disgusting. I didn't eat breakfast I didn't eat lunch I was so excited to pull into the loves and get some McDonald's and it was horrible. There is nothing more gross than room temperature food that is supposed to be hot. . Again this is the single worst experience I have ever had in a McDonald's

Man, y'all were busy!!! But every worker was pushing!! Good job! As for you "steak" egg and cheese bagel.... It's not steak, it's a hamburger... Really, call it what it is. But that's not to this location but corporate. Hot, fresh, accurate...as busy as this location was, they got it right!

I usually avoid McDs but can rely on breakfast sometimes. This one far exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh and hot. Very tasty. We were very surprised, though. The egg n cheese bagel was my fav.
