didnt have a chance to eat breakfast here. arrived at 10:29 and person in the front of me got a breakfast and when was my turn cashier said that breakfast is over. i know and checked as per policy that mc donalds serve breakfast by 12pm or 11am depends of location. when i asked to speak with manager she said that manager is not here. when i asked for name she said that she can not give me any name.basic culture!will send a full report and recorded conversation to relevant department for review.

Got a double ? crispy spicy sandwich combo. The chicken was dried out. Little to no sauce and only lettuce was in the box. Took it back, and the manager was acting like a jerk. He kept saying negative things under his breath. He stated he had kids in the back being trained. He kept mouthing off, and when I pointed it out, he called me a assh$le in front of the other 6 customers.Asked for my money back and stated he didn't have to but did. Asked for his name and stated he didn't have to provide it. Also, when onto state that he didn't give a f if he got fired, he can get another job. (Younger manager in a grey shirt with some black beads around his neck).Wow, it occurred at 6:45 pm. on Labor Day, the worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Went to Subway and no issues, wonderful lady working within. Also, thank you for the wonderful loves staff who heard this complaint and understood.
If you plan on ordering from this location be sure to check your change/receipt. Also don’t bother asking for extra anything or not to put something on your meal even if you pay for it you won’t get it. I live 4 mins from this place and eat their often and I can tell you it’s getting beyond old..

Absolutely the slowest McDonald’s anytime before 10am. This one and chilhowie are both on my way to work and meadowview is more convenient, however the 10-30 minute drive thru waits after pre ordering online just doesn’t do it for me.

Poor customer service, long wait times, rude employees with the little red head girl being the worst BY FAR!! Food is normally sloppy and fries are usually old. Definitely eat elsewhere!!

We don’t normally do McDonald’s but we needed a quick meal before cheer practice and my daughter was dying for an Elemental happy meal. Walked in at 5:10 and stood at the counter for ten minutes without so much as a hello. Three people in the restaurant and two in the drive through when we walked in so it wasn’t particularly busy. The lady wearing the drive through headset walked by us twice handing out food. The girl up front was restocking the condiments but not interested in making eye contact and acknowledging we were there. Two more employees at least were in the kitchen area laughing very loudly over how hot this guy was on one of their phones. At this point we had stood here for literally 10 minutes seeing multiple employees and never so much as being acknowledged. When I saw the lady working the drive through standing to the side and eating chicken nuggets that was enough for me and we left. What is the point of fast food if it’s more difficult than sit down and not much cheaper. So tired of terrible experiences every time I accidentally wander into a McDonald’s.
