Took my child to get breakfast at this Panera, got a plain bagel and sliced it in half, the bagel is still frozen inside. I took it back to ask if she can toast it for me. She said “no, you already sliced it”. Well how would I know it is still frozen inside if I didn’t slice it. I have eaten at Panera for a long time, the price goes up, quantity and quality are not to the standard anymore. Guess I should have just bought the bagels from Lidl across the street for my child, theirs are warm and cheaper.

Live near this Panera and my partner and I joined their SIP club because we loved their sodas; however, in the past month their sodas have been consistently flat/worse than before. Will most likely cancel our subscription unless this changes back soon.

This location has gone down. The light in the restroom broke. The dinning floor is filthy carpet, which needs change. The worst was the food was spoiled. I purchased to go for the first time. I got home and took one bite of Poppy Seed Salad. The chicken meat spoiled and I tossed in the trash cane. It is unacceptable.

Its a Panera. You have your favorite soups and sanwiches. Plus your favorite pastries. This location has some of your best Panera staff members. Its consistently clean and service is quick.

Customer service is awful, has poor lighting and constant temperature regulation issues way (too hot/humid), parking is difficult, bathroom lights don’t work or bathroom is closed/unavailable, tables are routinely dirty, and customer service is awful and staff are not friendly compared to other locations. I usually order at the kiosk but it was not working. They got my order all wrong, provided no receipt, then proceeded to repeatedly argue with me about what I ordered, rather than trying to get my order correct. It took about 40 min to get a takeout order that should have taken 5-10 min max.

Womrn Restroom doesn't have a light bulb. It is dark. Carpet is filthy. This is a muslim franchise. It needs a renovation. But the won't spend a penny to do it.

Order Tuesday bagel. Pick up around 6pm, no more raisin and blueberry. So I order plain bagels, super hard like stone. Look like they are NOT FRESH made. Feel bad had to waste them.

Today I bought a sandwich and I ask for it to go. They end up putting on a plate. I didn’t make a fuss about it but I was eating half a sandwich and I saw at the end hair on the plate. I took it to the ladies and show them. They made a new one but to be honest I didn’t wanted it no more. I just want a refund back. The manager gave me a refund back but gave me a smart remark about it. As I was leaving the workers were laughing at me. I don’t thinks it funny that’s really gross and not sanitary. I come to this one for years but this staff today was rude for no reason. I know if they found human hair on their plate of food they would not like that.
