Service wasn’t up to par, it’s very unfortunate that I was treated in a very rude manner by Jinye short Asian girl with glasses I asked her if I can wait for my uber inside here despite that I’ve bought food before at this specific location when she said no you can’t wait in here you have to make a purchase. I have friends and family that work at Starbucks it’s an equal standard for everyone, I sort of felt discriminated, and she was very rude in saying it. I will not be coming back here anymore to buy anything, go to a different Starbucks where they will treat you better! she was the shift manager by the way very rude

Visiting the area from California and I am not use to this cold! The store is warm and so are the people that work there. Ben in particular is very warm and welcoming. He found out I was visiting the area and we had a great laugh about the cold. He helped me pick out a nice drink to combat the cold and even made sure I knew about the starbucks refill policy before I left! Got a hot cup of coffee refill to go to keep my hands warm.

While I am not a regular at this location, I am taken back by the friendliness I got when I entered the store ! I was greeted very warmly by Ben and his team today. Honestly wish I got this everywhere I went. Ben was extremely kind and also helped when when it came to picking a drink since they were out of eggnog for the eggnog lattes. I could tell he really cared and wanted me to enjoy what I drank! I definitely reccomend this location!

The food and drink are fine. However, the worker named Ben was incredibly rude to another worker. He took my order and was rushing me while simultaneously forgetting my order altogether, so I had to repeat myself. While I was waiting for my order he kept demanding the other worker to do things without saying “please” or “thank you”. Ben needs to be taught how to properly train workers and how to be nice in general.

The Starbucks at 2672-A Avenir Pl, Vienna, VA 22180 is one of the best in the Washington, DC area. I go there approximately 1-2 times a day and twice on weekends (about 7-9 times a week). The team there consistently provides outstanding espresso/coffee and food—but equally, important, they deliver an experience that feels like family. They keep the store clean and carefully and methodically tend to the needs of all customers. I see this consistency in the time i spend there. The team includes the following who deserve recognition: Danielle, Luis, Seema, Cassie, Preetie, Jee-hay, Jenish, Ben, Lolo, Cindy, and Gita. Highly recommended!

This is to praise Starbucks at Dunn Loring. All staff are very friendly and kind. An attribute that needs to be recognize these days. They are also very good at providing suggestions for drink and food selection. They are patient and prepare drinks for clients with lots of care. I also like a lot the atmosphere. When I say there is a fantastic staff at this location I mean it--everyone knows all the regular customers' names, everyone is incredibly sweet to any dogs that come in for Pup Cups. They also handle busy hours extremely well. Seriously a great Starbucks that I would recommend to anyone. For a large corporation its very surprising to see a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They found out that I was moving out of the area tomorrow and gave me a free treat out-of-nowhere!
I don’t know what it is about this place but every time I get a matcha here it’s so gross. Usually at other places the matcha is like a really light green but every time I get it here it’s such a dark green color. It’s like they add way too much powder. It’s the girl with dark long hair and glasses that always makes it like this. It’s not a lot of money but it’s still something and for it to taste so bad it’s frustrating.

Went over there, walked in, been there multiple times already, and a dine in as well multiple times. Yet, I was told that you cannot use the restroom. You have to place an order in order for you to be able to use the restroom. I hope your Manager and I hope your headquarter people read this. The guy with the glasses and a beard Told me this at 4:37 PM. Extremely and respectfully, shame on you guys. I cannot believe this.
