Hands down one of the best Starbucks ive ever visited. they greet every customer that walks in. Sad but that rarely ever happens makes people feel welcome. Such a warm experience 10/10!

Sweet cream cold brew is my goto order of “can’t mess this one up” but they keep doing it. first time was cold brew and no cream but they fixed it after I said… This time it looked right and I drove away but they didn’t put any of the vanilla syrup… This is a treat for me but it ends up being a total waste of time.

I stopped by this Starbucks on a really hot day just to ask for a cup of water. The barista told me they “couldn’t” give me one. I thought that was strange, but I didn’t push it. A few minutes later, I watched an older white man walk up and get a free water without any problem.
So clearly, it’s not about “policy” — it’s about who’s asking. That kind of treatment is unacceptable. If Starbucks wants to pride itself on being welcoming, the rules should apply equally to everyone. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning to this location.

A Starbucks review really hinges on three things in my opinion: 1, the drink, 2, the people, 3, the place.
This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside which is good because there is no drive thru here) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that)
The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job.
The place is Starbucks new and upgraded furniture and fixtures. The restroom has a code but it was spotless.
Parking is a challenge if you are not planning to mark for METRO

They always get my drinks right and the staff is always very prompt and friendly. Ben specifically is always on top of things, even if it is busy he always makes sure and acknowledge when a new customer enters the shop. This location is one of the most consistent Starbucks locations I have been to.

Right by the metro station. I come here when I go to my doctor's across the street and I always forget I should bring work with me because this Starbucks is always so pleasant and nicely set up. Plus the staff are super friendly ☺️

We were in the middle of a heatwave triple digits and they would not give me nor sell me a cup of ice for a bottle of water I already had. I'm give 2 stars becausethe girl was nice it wasn't her fault. Starbucks do better.

I am an older woman with incontinent issues. I came into the store in an emergency situation. I asked if I could have the code for the restroom and I was told that I needed to purchase something to use the restroom. I had no problem with this at all. I asked if I could use the restroom then make my purchase. I was told no I had to go somewhere else or make my purchase first. I believe that it was the district manager and store manager that was sitting at the table telling me this. I just can't believe that the management here could be so harsh and have no consideration for others. This policy is needed to keep the homeless from using the facilities or people just walking in and out. I have worked at such a place that had this policy so I understand it, but I didn't look like I was homeless neither did I say I wouldn't purchase anything I just needed to go to the restroom first. If this is the way that the management treats guests at this location I can imagine how the staff treats them. As I have always known is that the management are to set the example for the staff to follow. To make sure that this reflects the actions of the correct employees it was a black woman with an African accent (not in uniform)and a heavy set white lady with glasses ( in uniform). I hope that this issue will be addressed and a better treatment of guests will be the outcome.

This is our neighborhood Starbucks. Used to live across it, but moved to Crystal City, VA, and whenever we get a chance to be nearby we always come here and say hi to the staff!!! Shoutout to Ben and Nita and everyone else.
