I’ve never seen anything like this. I’m not a regular customer here—just waiting while my car is in the shop. The customer service here is above and beyond. The team greets EVERY SINGLE customer BY NAME. They are clearly part of the community. The team was even brought flowers by a little boy! You all make me wish I lived here so I could visit every day!
This Starbucks is conveniently located at Avenir Place, next to shops, a metro station, and a supermarket, all within walking distance. After walking around the area, I found it a good place to stop and get plant-based refreshing drinks. The matcha latte is so good – not super sweet and very refreshing, especially when the weather is hot. The service is fantastic, and the cafe's inside is always clean and tidy.
I love the staff and the good vibe of the people that worked at this starbucks location. From the manager all the way to the staff their customer services,their smiles, courtesy and respect for their custimer are upstanding. I go there all the time to get my regular drink. They treated everyone the same way. Very welcome staff to their customer. The attention to what the customer requested and trying to satisfy everyone are the vest.
