Above Ground Winery is our favorite place to enjoy great wine. The Karma, Pinot Noir, Vintners Select and Little Black Cab are wonderful reds! For the whites, the 2024 Exit Strategy is a beautiful Chardonnay and for something lightly sweet and crisp, the Daydream riesling is amazing. Their wines make great travel companions, but enjoying them at the winery is the best. A great place to hang out with friends and meet new ones.
We love the small wineries. This place was small & really nice. Wines were good. Wild Turkey barreled Chardonnay (Abracadabra) & smokey red blend (Revival) were amazing. They had an interesting Riesling/apple wine (Dividing Ridge) that was good. Owner/winemaker did our tasting. He was wonderful. Highly recommend!
Hosts Matt and Marybeth go out of their way to provide a great atmosphere! The winery is beautiful and the wine is excellent! Nice variety of non-alcoholic beverages too! Highly recommended!
