They charge extra fees for the food that are not on the menu and they are scamming charging 10% sales tax when VA sales tax is 6%. Edit: I submitted a better photo of the receipt.

So good I’m eating here two days in a row 18 May and 19 May 2025. The staff are super friendly, professional, and helpful. Will be back again.

I'm a regular at America's Best Wings in Dumfries, and I've never been disappointed. The wings are consistently delicious, and they have a great variety of flavors. If you're craving wings, this is the place.

Very rude and unprofessional. One of the guys in the front has anger issues. I got yelled at for asking how much longer the food will be ready. He shouldn’t be in this business if he can’t control himself. He is grumpy, gloomy , and can’t smile..

Good food wings are fresh subs are tasty. Walk In greeted with love.

This is the worst of the worst I told this guy there was a insect in my food he was rude and I apologic I will never ever order here again

Staff sucks. Super rude and don’t get orders correct either. As a plus, it does cost a fortune though.

The service was rude and inattentive. They were both on their cell phone. They were rude when demanding my receipt. There was no instruction for showing an order receipt on uber eats. There wasn’t one the last time I was here. They didn’t show me my food like normal and every time before you grab your own can soda. So I did, right as I was leaving they yelled out across the store like I was stealing. There was a soda in the tied up bag they never showed or told me about. Do you like being treated like trash when you are a customer who already paid for your food? Then eat here.

Chicken was dry and chewy, either due to being overcooked or the quality of the chicken itself, it's hard to tell.

The breading and flavour of the sauce was fine, but the chicken was visibly dry and chewy, ruining the whole experience.

Additionally, the blue cheese was not kept refrigerated, the server grabbed it from under the front counter where it presumably had been for multiple hours, needless to say I threw that health hazard away.

When something on the package says keep refridged, you might consider it. I have no way to know how long it had been there, and by the lack of other customers during a lunch time rush (I visited at 12:40pm on a Monday) it was enough cause for my own concern at least.

This establishment is absolutely horrible. The workers are extremely unprofessional and rude. I ordered five whole wings, and received five stale, cold wing dings for $12+.
The manager tried to start an argument and talking loud to me, he refused to assist and correct the order.

Great wings with lots of flavor options. Love how meaty and well cooked they are. The service is always great as well.

Wings are amazing!! We had plain, mild Buffalo, and Honey Moon Dust!! Our fries and wings were large and freshly cooked. Definitely will come back.

Clean when you walk in. Very helpful customer service. Music is played while you wait for your food. Target is next door and also Five Guys. There is enough spaces for parking your vehicle. You can eat outside or inside. There is about 6 tables inside and one outside. Great view at night if you want to eat here at night. Calm area, and traffic. Their soda machine was down at the time but they have bottle soda. TV here to watch when you wait also. They messed my order up but remade it and I was thankful. I'll give this place a 8.8/10

Stopped in today after dropping off Amazon returns at The UPS Store. I ordered the 10 PC bone in wing combo w a side and a drink. Came out super fast and super hot! I got 2 different flavors, absolutely amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restroom was VERY clean as was the rest of the restaurant. I ate in and took my leftovers w me. First time going to this location and I'm excited to go back and try other wing flavors!
