Waited in line for 30+ minutes to pick up an online order. We had to give up and leave without 5 burgers. Avoid this place unless Alfredo is working.

I randomly decided to DoorDash just trying to make some extra cash. Great two orders popped up from this location. I happily made my way but turned out they were too busy so decided to close early? Gentleman at the drive thru told me I had to cancel my doordash orders. When I asked what time do they normally close, they told me 12:30. Online it says 1 AM. I had arrived at 12:15 though. I was extremely confused and lost out on that money. Wasted gas and time which is okay I guess but it there were three other door dashers as well. App made us take a picture and explain why we wanted to cancel so all of us were in our cars side by side doing the process to cancel the orders. Why have the store accept orders if you don’t plan on making any of them. Ive worked in fast food myself so i understand being in the weeds but this is either negligence from the closing manager or incompetence in upper management. I saw 4 employees leave in the time we were cancelling our orders. Not sure whats going on there but id probably go somewhere else.

Don’t order the pie online. I ordered 2 pies with my burgers and when I went to pick up the order I was told they didn’t have any pies and I would have to call Customer Service for a refund. When I asked how I was supposed to prove that I did not receive my pies, the manager said he didn’t know, but that this happens a lot. He did finally offered to make up the cost with cookies. At 12:40 a.m., I called to place an order for pickup, but the lady who answered said, “It’s Domino’s Pizza,” and refused to take my order. When I asked if she was declining because they were closing in 20 minutes, she said yes. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This place needs to close. The food quality is always terrible. The sandwiches are thrown together, stale bread, missed toppings, and final product looks like some fat guy sat on the food. The staff don't care so don't waste your time complaining about something your PAYING FOR.

My sandwich was wrong and the guy Ronald working the window was so rude when I asked for no ice in my drinks. He made them with ice then threw a fit when I asked him to remake without ice. The younger female who was a manager on duty wasn’t any better. Poor service at this location and incompetent employees.
