had a really bad experience at Burger King recently. I ordered a milkshake at the self-service kiosk, which clearly showed it was $4. Instead, they gave me an iced soda that I didnāt want, which only costs $2. To make it worse, I also redeemed a coupon for a free cheeseburger ā and never got it.
If Iām paying for something, I expect to get what I ordered, not something cheaper. And if you offer a reward or deal, at least make sure it gets included. Really disappointed with the service and how careless the whole experience felt.

Takes about 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. If I wanted this kind of time service Iād just go to a real restaurant. Short staff or not if you canāt meet the burden of āfastā food then shutter the doors

What the hell is wrong with this place?? lol We ordered one large fries that came with a coupon and a whopper jr. and a double whopper. First of, we get two fries and gets charged for one when we didnāt order two but just wanted a free one. We said itās ok and came home. Got home and our double whopper is NOT a double whopper but a single.. double checked the receipt and it was charged for a double whopper! Ugh!!!! All sleeping on a job?? Literally just one car in the parking, and that was us.

This is the only Burger King I eat at. Everywhere else in the Woodbridge area, the food is disgusting, the service is poor, and the restaurant is always dirty. Here the food is delicious, everyone is so friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.
