This is the only Burger King I eat at. Everywhere else in the Woodbridge area, the food is disgusting, the service is poor, and the restaurant is always dirty. Here the food is delicious, everyone is so friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.

Everytime i ask them to Modify my sandwich and ask for “cheese on the side”, its like a wrench was thrown into the wheel. The order taker is stumped at what to do wvery time. Its a simple request. Also i just sat 15 mins in line only tonhave the person at the window tell mee Apple pay isnt working - when they could have put up a note or told me at the drive thru when i was placing the order. The order should have been comped because of the inconvenience and lack of communication. Please fix these simple things.

I don't normally eat at BK but if I'm in the Montclair area I'll stop at that BK if I'm hungry. I only buy the 2/$5 Whopper Jr sandwiches. Everything else, like all fast food is grossly overpriced. I like the employees at this location. They're professional and the food is prepared as it should be. I won't eat at the BK at Potomac Mills Mall because the staff is extremely rude and their sandwiches are made very sloppy... with ketchup or mayo running out of the bun..

In years past this Burger King is the worse in the area due to food always being cold. I was starving and on a budget so I decided to give the place a try. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The food was cold and not cooked all the way through. Overall if you are Hungary try another location or another restaurant in the center

I live within 2 miles of this BK establishment in the (Ashland Community), going on 3 years now. It is guaranteed that the drive trough will screw up your order. Dbl check everything - very frustrating!
