This used to be our go to place for Chinese food. Something’s changed. The food has consistently gone downhill. They’re still set up with plastic sheeting, like in the beginning of Covid. You pay through a small hole in the large plastic shield. I ordered for a family of 7. The General Tso shrimp dish was inedible. Wasn’t able to cut through it. The rice was cold and hard, not fresh. I called to complain, and was told they don’t give refunds. Offered for me to order something else. No thanks. Horrible food. Dont waste your money. Awful!!!

What happened to you guys?! Tonight my husband placed an order for General Tso chicken, and Chicken and Broccoli. Was told 25 minutes. He got there in 25 minutes, and it was sitting there (no problem with that at all!)
Get home, General Tso was cold, rice was cold and undercooked, and Chicken and Broccoli was lukewarm at best. We live about 10-12 minutes away, so something is wrong here. Not that much time elapsed for it to be that cold. You can do better, so please try.

The food was overpriced. The portions were smaller than the average Chinese restaurant and the white rice was undercooked and they didn't fill the small containers of it that they gave us. I also didn't get the special requests (for my two entrees be cooked longer) that I asked for when I ordered in person.

I always order the beef lo mein, orange chicken (not too spicy), and egg rolls, and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Great portions and quick service. Highly recommend if you're looking for delicious Chinese takeout!

Customer service is very good just like the food no matter what I get. The inside never makes me feel like I want stay in and dine. Old furniture. Other than that, I don't need to stay in and eat. I can enjoy eating that scrumptious meal at home.?

No pineapple or carrots in the sweet-and-sour sauce, and the fried rice is just brown, no peas or carrots. The fried rice was not even good. And I didn’t get my eggroll. Will be looking for another place to eat.
