The staff was incredibly kind, the drinks were delicious, and I was thoroughly impressed with how sweet and considerate the staff was especially in such a busy environment. Thank you!

I usually find myself going to this specific Starbucks, even with it being further for me; but as of lately I’ve had more issues with the quality of what I’m paying for. The staff never are the issue, but the quality of what I receive from the morning staff in particular is my problem. I usually let it slide, but today was beyond disgraceful…I order a venti and receive a cup that is sticky to the touch because of the amount of syrup on the cup..I have to inconveniently park in the parking lot just to get a cup from inside. I then get on the road to realize the top to my drink is stained with some brown smears on the mouthpiece, so of course I wait until I arrive to my destination to swap out the cups. Now where I draw the line is when I opened the cup to find the cup was not only 1/2 full, but missing whip cream….to many this is nothing, but for someone paying over $8 for a cup of coffee, this is ridiculous. I call and express this, to be told, “we always get complaints, these issues are not uncommon”..this is disgraceful and should looked into.

I moved from NoVA a few years ago and do not regret no longer being surrounded by the rude and entitled thinking people. I am thankful for the Starbucks by me now… super sweet, caring, attn to detail with orders and KIND no matter how busy.
My coffee did not include the extras I paid for and service almost non existent. How hard is it to say Hello or even Bye? 11.10.24 6pm drive thru.

These employees should understand that most people picking up coffee are in a rush. Looked like social hour for about five of them and I asked if they had an order for me end the rest of the staff ignored me. The worst service and now I’m late to work with no coffee.

I literally got HOT WATER….Paid for a venti hazelnut latte around 7:20ish and when I got to work around 8:00 and took a sip of my drink I discovered it was just hot boiling water. Tried calling 2x to try and see if I could get a refund or something. Can’t even believe they would hand someone out WATER heated up to act as a drink and STILL CHARGE.

This use to be my favorite Starbucks. I went to get drinks via drive thru this afternoon and was told by the barista to please wait via intercom. I waited a few minutes. I heard somebody’s muffled voice through the intercom so I started my drink order and was abruptly told in an annoyed manner “I asked you to please wait.” I order my drinks when she is ready. I get to the window and the look of annoyance on this girls face was palpable. I’m getting uncomfortable at this point and just want to get out of there. I give her my payment and immediately get my card back. Suddenly another female barista is in the window and they are making comments to each other. This barista also has an annoyed and angry look on her face towards me. She then accuses me of “snatching” my card out of the other barista’s hand. She was not even present when the transaction occurred. She then tells me she will not serve me and is canceling my order and refunding me…WHAT?!! I asked her if she was serious and reiterated that I did not “snatch” my card out of the other barista’s hand. She then said she would give me my drinks. She said disrespect will not be tolerated. The other barista then told me that patience goes a long way and that they are the only baristas today and short staffed. So they were obviously not having a good day and took it out on me. It was baffling because only 1 person was ahead of me and I only saw maybe 3 cars parked out front. Not that it matters. I have never been treated so horribly. I have always had great experiences with Starbucks. I was able to make a formal complaint against them and the customer service department was excellent. Apparently it is not Starbucks policy to refuse service to any customer for “card snatching” or so perceived
My drink was made wrong at another store, and they remade it for me!! Baristas were so sweet and attentive! Would definitely recommend this store, they make you feel so welcome and at ease. The girl who took my order and the guy with the bucket hat were absolutely amazing! Stellar customer service!!
