If it's a pretty standard Starbucks. Service is usually pretty good, but they get overwhelmed on weekends and most mornings.The drive through was not thought out well and the entry is shared with Panera so be careful during the rush times.Consider parking at Target and walking in...

Rude! I bought basic coffee I buy for years, eveywhere. Had to stay there longer while they serve everyone else that came after me who even bought baked stuff l. Went to ask the lady who took my order, no empathy can't look my face. I left to the other starbucks by Wegmans to buy the same coffee. Rude.....I rather go when the happy crews are there because they are efficient...........

Always very friendly. Whoever the owner is seems to actually care about his employees. During the height of COVID and the years following, they would shut down the store if they could not get enough staff to run the store correctly. There were always notes posted on the door and drive through. I never got upset, if anything, it made me like this location more. They are efficient and drive through cues go quickly. The employees never seem burned out, or at the IDGAF stage.

A trip to Starbucks is always a treat, but this particular trip to the Fortuna plaza in Dumfries was amazing. We pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by Andrea. Andrea made recommendations and was very patient with our customizations. The drinks came out perfectly! Huge shoutout to her and her wonderful personality!!!!! Thanks Andrea!

If you are in a rush, there is no point to do a mobile order to this location. Always making drinks after you are there. What is the point of a mobile order?!!!!!
We went inside on a Friday morning (10-6-2023) around 0900 because the drive-thru line was way out into the street. We stopped on our roadtrip from Maryland to North Carolina. I have never seen 9-11 employees working in a Starbucks at one time, but, they seem to be doing a good job at taking care of the drive-thru line. We stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. There was 1 other customer inside sitting, waiting for his items. We ordered 2 pastry items, 1 hot sandwich, and 2 hot coffee drinks. My husband went to the restroom and I waited for the items. I received 1 pastry item immediately & the 2 hot drinks in about 5 minutes. Another customer came inside and she waited for her order as well. My husband came back and we waited and waited. The guy who was already in there waiting finally got his order about 15 minutes after we placed ours! Finally, one of the employees asked if we were waiting on something. After almost 20 minutes they said oh, we put your order in a bag and put it in the wrong section for people who are coming to pick up in store. Jesus. Now my husband's sandwich is cold. It's like not one person in there gave a damn about customer service and there's some stupid quote about customer service on their chalk board lol. I get it. Working sucks and people suck...but you chose a customer service job. I have never had a bad Starbucks experience until today. The other lady that was waiting got her items slowly as well. If this Starbucks just became a drive-thru, it would 100% make more sense for both walk-in customers and probably make employees happier, too. You guys need to do better.

Excellent and professional service and good coffee. I recommend the Cinnamon Dolce Latte, White Chocolate Mocha, and Pumpkin Spice Latte.I love the place because it is comfortable. The drive thru service is fast. 100% recommend the place.
Very lively inside but this Starbucks at Dumfries does not care for the customer that is inside the store. Drive thru and people who order from the Starbucks app are FAR more important than the ones who are in the store. I waited 20 minutes for 3 pieces of cold loaf bread. Customers who ordered after me who asked for bread got theirs before me as well. Will never go to this Starbucks again.

Unfortunately this Starbucks location is always disorganized, messes up orders and will have you waiting for an extended period of time for your food & drinks.The drive thru is convenient during non- peak hours but beware it can take up to 20-30min in line during peak hours. I'd recommend going inside for faster service. For the food & drinks, typically drinks are watered down or taste vastly different from other Starbucks locations and food is standard. If you're in the area, I'd suggest checking out the Starbucks in the Potomac Town Center or any located on Prince William Parkway. You will have such a better experience!
