Ordered online and payed on the app at 8:45pm. Showed up at 9:05pm to find out the store is already closed. Both google and subway app say store closes at 10pm. Infact store door also says open till 10pm Monday to Sunday. So they closed their store earlier. Not sure how I am going to get refund since subway customer service chat was unhelpful. Also no one picked up when calling the phone number on the door. Very unprofessional; subway should revoke their franchise license. I checked the reviews and another person had the same problem with this store.
I ended up going to the one on Dumfries. They were open till 10pm. I recommend avoiding this store and going to the one on Dumfries or one on Minnieville by Food Lion.

VERY BAD. They tried to charge me for a regular amount of cheese and extra sauce. As she was putting the sauce in my sandwich, she said she will charge extra so I told her to stop so she doesnt charge extra and she did stop, and then when we went to the register, she still had the nerve to charge extra. I asked her politely 2 times to remove the charge and she said no and she insisted on cancelling my order and taking the sandwich, I have left with high dissapointment after that.
I would not reccomend this store, I would highly rather go to the one next to the Chick fil a near the commuter lot, they are alot more professional and respectful.

It irritates me that we’re in 2024 and restaurants don’t have the correct open/close times on Google! Pulled up at 9:34 pm on a Friday night after my son’s football game and lights out… Google says 10 pm.
Not coming here again. Meat portion is less, even they are counting cucumber, tomatoes slices before adding on the sandwich. Very dry sandwich.

Will not ever return to this Subway. Will not honor coupons. Owner and daughter rude. Gave me the wrong bread for my sub. No wonder the place was empty. Will return to the Subway where Lowes is located. Owner very kind and appreciative and takes coupons.

Worse subway ! The owner/manager doesn’t have signs available at the register or door that states they don’t accept coupons. I paid for the transaction and then requested the refund after the manager pointed out a sign they have in the back of the ovens (hard to see) instead of explaining they don’t accept coupons as of recent, he instead said I was complaining because he was Asian. I couldn’t even believe what I heard. Absolutely disrespectful, to try and gaslight someone for your own wrong doing, with nonexistent racism.He smiled as he said it too, like as if it’s the get out of jail free card for whenever a customer has a complaint.I am disgusted! Do not come here because if you’re not happy with the business or food they will call you racist for expressing your grievances.Not to mention it’s slander so he’ll be receiving a letter, he can’t deny it either because there are cameras.UPDATE; I drove 3 min and 37 secs to the subway in fettler park and was able to use my coupon they owner and employees were also very apologetic about my experience at the other location and they were playing bachata for the customers.All of their signs are posted on the door and register, appropriately also.
The owner/manager is really stingy and cheap when it comes to serving the customers. I went to get a Philly cheesesteak and he measured out the meat three times for one scoop to make sure he didn't put more than a small cup. The sandwich had barely any meat on it and was mostly bread. Then I ask for a water cup and he said make sure to only get water with that. Which came off rude for a new customer. I will make sure I never go to this subway again.
