We were in the area for Liberty University Graduation. The place we stayed recommended it to us, since it was close, we gave it a try. Food was excellent (made to order), service was great, and place made you feel like you were back in 50's. The wait for service took a few minutes, however, they were busy and only 2 waitresses working. We enjoyed the food and service, that we ate there twice during the week we stayed.
We have made it a tradition to visit here when we're near the area. The atmosphere is fun! There's plenty of choices. I haven't been disappointed yet. This visit I went light with a grilled cheese and sweet potato fries. My daughter had the club with sweet potato fries and added a side of corn and also a cookies and cream ice cream cone. Recommend both meals!
We came here for a late lunch after the safari park. Had pit fries, country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, and broccoli salad. Everything was delicious, mashed potatoes were REAL which we appreciated
