Really wish the women working there had costumer service. Every single time we come In she’s rude or acts like whatever we order is too much for her to handle. We have lived in nellysford for our entire lives and every single time we come in we leave disappointed by her reactions and tone with costumers. We hadn’t been in there for about 5/6 months because of this and today decided to give it another try yet leaving disappointed once again.
Great spot with yummy ice cream, today we’ve tried chocolate one and cherry cheesecake, love that combo.

Cute spot at the base of the mountain. I really enjoyed the Almond Joy Ice Cream. The inside is a little drab but that doesn't really matter for an ice cream shop. I would recommend going

Great ice cream but I'm compelled to write this no so great review. The young man serving never smiled once and his servings were incredibly small. I feel bad because I always leave a generous tip and left $0. Next time smile at the customer and give a fair serving. I'll try again hopefully it will be better next time.
