We really enjoyed our dinner here! We both got the $20 ribs and shrimp Thursday special. Ribs were full of meat, very little fat, crispy on the outside, tender off the bone, and full of flavor! We had super fast and friendly service, too. The fries were a big miss and I wish the music was just a little louder near the dining area because it was a little awkward to hear everyone’s conversation around you. Would go back again when we’re on the mountain!

The Edge has single handedly made our trip incredible! From the amazing staff welcoming us (we became friends with everyone there!) to them truly taking my allergies so seriously! I have celiac and a dairy allergy. They are so knowledgeable with cross contamination I felt so safe! It’s been our nightly routine to hit up the edge! We will definitely miss it when we head back to NY!

It's a ski resort restaurant so keep in mind you are a captive audience. Service was phenomenal especially considering how busy they were. The food wasn't mind blowing good but was excellent by ski resort standards. Atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, classic ski resort fun and extremely lively. The views were amazing. We ate here multiple times over our 6 day stay and by far our favorite restaurant at Wintergreen.
