We visited this restaurant on 2/8/25 based on other reviews.

Our server was young and likely high school/college age. She wasn’t rude but definitely not friendly. We (2 of us) sat down, she came and took our drink order. I then went to the bathroom. While I was in the bathroom she came and asked my gf if we were ready to order…. Yes while I was still in the bathroom. She politely told the server no. Once I got back from the bathroom I placed my order “hamburger steak with Mac and cheese and fries” she said “we don’t have Mac and cheese” Mac and cheese is listed on the menu AND was there daily special ON A BIG SIGN. She then turned around and said “oh maybe we do”

She then brought me my food. I can’t make this up. The hamburger steak was simply a hamburger patty. No gravy. We won’t be back.

Went to restaurant today and will be my LAST. Wife and I sat beside the long table in middle to a nice couple that said did not live around here. This couple was here way before we got here. The lady was eating off buffet and the gentleman was not eating assuming he ordered from menu. Long story short, in talking to this couple, he ordered a burger and had been waiting for at least 45 minutes for it. I ordered a pizza and came in after them and I got my food way before he did. As he patiently waited, I noticed they NEVER received waitress service, asking this couple, did anyone wait on you? They stated yes when we first came in thats how I got my coffee the lady stated. After he waited for so long, they asked a waitress that was passing by where his food was since we was sitting right outside the kitchen and no waitress came to them at all, they looked like a deer in the headlights, left for 5 minutes and came back and said oh it will be right out.  SERIOUSLY I was floored by the waitress answer. By this point this gentleman had waited 50 minutes that I know of for food, if it was me the entire restaurant would have heard me and told everyone what they did to me NOT ACCEPTABLE. This couple was so polite about it, she paid for her buffet and coffee and they left without him eating but on other hand i was so embarrassed of some visitors come to my hometown and get treated like this. I am a supporter of local shops but will refuse to come back after the way my hometown folk treated this visitor, what an embarrassment. Bottomline is that if you want to eat go somewhere else, they dont like serving visitors.

The four of us had fish, cheesesteak and grilled chicken. Everything was very good and service was fabulous!

We're talking comfort food that could calm down wild animals (and there are plenty in this mountain neighborhood). Home style service and food so inexpensive you want to triple tip (we did).

My first time here and it was wonderful. We had breakfast and it did not disappoint! Everything was perfection. The service was the best. Coffee tasted fresh and poured frequently.

Cost was under $20 for 2 and well worth it!
Don’t miss stopping here. Fridays are all you can eat pizza , I’ll be back. Lexie our server was outstanding!!!!!

The burger reminded me of a pre-pattied burger or a school burger. I've heard breakfast is amazing! Prices were really good. I'd eat there again
