The grey haired lady at the counter on Monday 11/25 around 3:45pm was incredibly nice and made my day. The food was hot and fresh. Everything was made quickly.

While driving on 64, I stopped here to hit the head and grab a quick bite. Grabbing a bite here at lunch time was anything but quick tho, the place was very busy and though they had plenty of staff working, they weren’t coordinated at all. They completely skipped over my order, which prompted me to ask about it, after waiting an additional 5 minutes. I eventually got my food and it wasn’t exactly what I ordered and was messy, without melted cheese – Simply ridiculous. There were onion rings mixed in my fries. I asked for a Whopper with no cheese and got two slices of cheese on it. I asked for a little mustard on the Whopper and got none. The lettuce didn’t look very fresh, nor did the onions. Definitely wouldn’t return.

As a professional truck driver, I recently parked my vehicle at a Pilot gas station and noticed a Burger King restaurant across the street. Given that I was famished after a long day on the road, I decided to indulge in a meal there. I ordered a large Whopper with a single meat patty and no onions. While the burger itself was satisfactory, the fries were unfortunately not up to par. They were cold, stale, and clearly not freshly prepared. This experience was quite disappointing, as I have never encountered such poor food quality at any other Burger King establishment. It is my suspicion that this particular location may be cutting corners in an attempt to provide faster service, which is unacceptable and compromises the brand's reputation.
The only reason I give them 3 stars is because it needs more communication with the customer everything else is good!!

Terrible service. Drove 45 min to get a pickup order that had half of what was ordered. Was told “everything was in the bag”. employees looked miserable and talked so quiet you could hardly understand them. Multiple visits are all the same. guess this is why they are paid minimum wage…

Not only was the manager being a prick but they didn't cook the bacon and threw the burrito together like they are mad at it. If you don't want to work there find another job. Morning shift manager there on July 20th 2024 should be fired, if I see him again he will wish he wasn't working that day

Hot and soggy vegetables, as if the burger was microwaved with all the toppings on it , the bun was same temperature as the meat and toppings, I haven't tried BK since 2006 I really don't remember the quality being this bad !! But maybe all of the establishments use the same cooking methods not sure.

The food was soaked in water and oil, I literally had to cut one end and squeeze it out and had almost a whole hand full of liquid that came from an original chicken sandwich but that's not all I was mean mugged at the window making me and my wife very uncomfortable with almost no verbal communication. This experience has lead me to not only write this review but never allow this establishment a cent of my money again.
