Steak was overcooked and full of gristle and probably the cheapest cut, loaded mashed potatoes was bland, broccoli tasted moldy. Service was great though. Would not eat here again unless I was starving.

Took a friend and we had terrible time. First they didn't know how to make a,dirty Martina, they tried 3 times.We ended up with wineOrdered wings they were the worst I ever had.Sorry, I've tried this place many times. Was turned away because there was a group there and was told the wait would be at least 30 mins.Won't be back

Updating my review and stars. We’ve been coming here for a few years and while it was great in the beginning, we noticed mistakes every order. Missing sauces, entrees, cold food and if you live in New Kent you know how much of an inconvenience it is to have to drive back. Most recently submitted an order and was on the way there and I get a call stating “They are sold out”. Nothing on their website reflected this. Waste of time for a place we keep giving chances to over and over again.

Ordered a club sandwich and fries for pick up. Got home and there was a half a cup of fries and a club with only lettuce, onion, mayo and one piece of bacon. Is that a club? Pitiful.

If you are a New Kent local, you know that this restaurant is a popular hot spot! Been taking my family here about every month since we moved last year, and I have different experiences everytime. One thing that usually stays consistent is the good food and the friendly faces. Although, the last time I went, my server (young lady by the name of Addie or maybe Addison I believe- kinda forgot!) was lacking in her serving duties. I understood that the restaurant was busy, but the service we received from her was unacceptable. I’m normally not one to complain, but servers is one thing that Trojan is very unpredictable with.

Ordered. Takeout Ordered a club sandwich. It was skippy on everything. Sad. Plus whoever heard of an onion on a club unless you ask for it. I did not as raw onion. Makes me horribly sick. So you can guess what ended up sick. Bad idea. Overall rate this restaurant a 2. Not recommended.

To go Order did not come with fries and Brussel sprout order had barely any Brussel sprouts. For $22 dollars I expect more to the appetizer and entree. Very disappointing.

I was in a meeting I put my order in online, when I get there at the time I was told, they said the online was down and I could place my order then, I didn't have time to wait, so I'm supposed to get my credit back on my card now I gotta watch for that !!! Please get it together folks ..... pt 2. I received a email the next day apologizing told me to send the receipt # so I clicked on reply, lol. Guess what 2 days later the email came back, no such email address !!!! SMDH.....
We just moved here and was excited to try this establishment to find a place to eat close. Took forever to get potatoes skins and a hot dog with chili, onions, and cheese. Potatoes skins came out in about five minutes, they must be pre cooked and was not very good. The hot dog came out after twenty minutes. Hot dog bun was a cheap food lion hot dog bun that was stale on the ends, there were more mustard than chili and no shedded cheese on it. 10$ for a hotdog on a stale bun with more mustard than chili with tater tots that were not hot. 11 Dollors for skins. Not a good experience and was never asked how things were. So the search is still on.

We bring our family here a lot because it is local and the food is fairly decent, but we likely will not be coming back. We get seated quickly, but it takes forever to put in an order. The meal and appetizer come out at the same time, everytime. The food is typically cold after you wait forever to get it.
