My husband and I had Effingham host our wedding this past weekend. They were exceptional down to the last detail. The staff were so kind and helpful. Jennifer is an excellent and responsive event coordinator. She made the entire experience simple and stress-free with being prepared for all of our questions and anticipating questions we might have. The grounds are beautiful. All of our guests loved the intimate setting and the service we received. The wine is fantastic! All around a phenomenal experience. We and all of our guests were terribly impressed with everything! Thank you all for making our special day even better!

What an amazing experience! We stopped in on a whim and were blown away. The wines are amazing and Brian was fantastic! If you have not visited, it is a must! Ask for Brian.

We absolutely love it here. This is where we went to celebrate closing on our house (5.5 years ago)…and where we chose to say our forever “I love you”. Thank you, to Brian and the lovely woman working in the Winery yesterday (12/23), for being apart of our day. Cheers🥂

We had the best time here and learned so much about the property. I can honestly say we have never been to a winery where we loved every wine, until today. Brian was absolutely incredible as our sommelier and we could not have asked for a better expert. He knew exactly which wine we would love and he was right every time. We actually signed up for the wine club we loved this place so much and can’t wait to come back!

Effingham Winery is hands down one of the best winery experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to Frank! From the moment we started our tasting, Frank made it unforgettable. Not only did he take his time explaining each wine and the unique types of grapes they use (something you rarely get at tastings), but he also shared fascinating history about the winery and the area. It was like a wine class, history lesson, and stand-up comedy show rolled into one insightful, fun, and so engaging!

Now, let’s talk about the wine AMAZING. I’m usually not a white wine person, but their Chardonnay won me over! It’s the perfect sip for a cozy movie night or introducing friends to something truly special like their Celebration, which is a must try for any new wine drinker. The reds to die for!

Beyond the wine and Frank’s top-tier hospitality the entire staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, creating a vibe that makes you want to stay all day. Effingham Winery is a hidden gem and an absolute must stop for anyone who loves wine, history, or just having a great time. I’ll definitely be back and bringing all my friends! Five stars just don’t feel like enough!

This is a good place to experience local wine. Regardless of your experience and knowledge, they have something for you. Their Kings Randsom blend is one of the best local wines I've had. For context, I prefer dry Merlot with bold flavors. Don't worry, though they have you covered if you prefer white wines or rose or different style reds.

I love this winery, their wines are award-winning! I love it so much I became a member. They also offer good food trucks and nice entertainment throughout the year. Stop by and say Hi to Frank!
