I was asked "What were some of the highlights of Pampa’s Catering?" In order to answer this question, I must begin with one name: Juanita Olson, Senior Sales & Event Coordinator. She is a true jewel and a "must have" in the hospitality industry. Her attention to the wants, desires, wishes, needs, limits, boundaries, budget, and dreams of the wedding family was exceptional. She was intentional with her advice and direct with her communications. Juanita embraces an old-school personal hands-on approach to customer service that's missed in this digital society we must tolerate now. we discovered that Her staff marches to the same beat. They are responsive and intuitive. On the day of the wedding... OMG... it wasn't enough that the food was delicious, but THE STAFF'S PROFESSIONALISM AND SUPERB SERVICE was outstanding!!! Bravo. My husband and I went to a magnificent food and wine pairing at Vint Hill Craft Winery this weekend in honor of our amazing Veterans. What a dinner it was! Pampas Fox's delicious food paired with Vint Hills fabulous wine was absolutely perfect! We cannot wait for them to team up again and offer another memorable evening! Cheers!

This bakery is now a part of our weekly routine. Their food is amazing (I love the sweet corn empanadas and the Snallygaster milkshake best) and the staff are always so friendly. It is a great spot to grab a yummy treat, shop local, and connect with a friend. I also like their rewards program and have already cashed in a few times for their free cookies.

Excellent empanadas and a display case full of tempting pastries (which I did not sample -- today). Counter service, with most business being takeout or catering. They say they can provide some items gluten-free if ordered ahead. There are a couple of tables out front under a shaded porch, but the nearby road is rather noisy.
Don't miss out on this amazing addition to Nokesville! Everything is homemade and it shows. I'm argentine so I'm extremely picky, and this place is AUTHENTIC. Don't miss the medias lunas, alfajorcitos, or empanadas. My 2 year old daughter picked a heart shaped, bright pink cookie, something I'm not usually a fan of, but I could not stop stealing bites of hers. Delicious! If you want to be everyone's favorite person at a party, show up with one of their cakes. Prices are super reasonable, especially knowing it's all made from scratch.
