I was asked "What were some of the highlights of Pampa’s Catering?" In order to answer this question, I must begin with one name: Juanita Olson, Senior Sales & Event Coordinator. She is a true jewel and a "must have" in the hospitality industry. Her attention to the wants, desires, wishes, needs, limits, boundaries, budget, and dreams of the wedding family was exceptional. She was intentional with her advice and direct with her communications. Juanita embraces an old-school personal hands-on approach to customer service that's missed in this digital society we must tolerate now. we discovered that Her staff marches to the same beat. They are responsive and intuitive. On the day of the wedding... OMG... it wasn't enough that the food was delicious, but THE STAFF'S PROFESSIONALISM AND SUPERB SERVICE was outstanding!!! Bravo. "Juanita and Pampas's did a wedding good!"

The empanadas are great. The cakes are also really good, Argentine confections tend to be a little less sweet than typical American fair. I'd skip the cheesecakes and stick to the traditional Argentine cakes and pastries.

Pampas Fox Bakery is a delightful surprise right here in Nokesville. I have enjoyed many (perhaps too many) of their baked goodies, as well as salads, empanadas and ice cream. Especially with summer here, the ice cream is such a treat. I highly recommend.

We happen to stumble onto this place and what a pleasant surprise. Empandas!! Argentinean made and several fillings available. Our favorite is the BBQ pulled pork. The South Mountain Creamery ice cream was off the hook! We will be back!

My husband and I went to a magnificent food and wine pairing at Vint Hill Craft Winery this weekend in honor of our amazing Veterans. What a dinner it was! Pampas Fox's delicious food paired with Vint Hills fabulous wine was absolutely perfect! We cannot wait for them to team up again and offer another memorable evening! Cheers!

This bakery is now a part of our weekly routine. Their food is amazing (I love the sweet corn empanadas and the Snallygaster milkshake best) and the staff are always so friendly. It is a great spot to grab a yummy treat, shop local, and connect with a friend. I also like their rewards program and have already cashed in a few times for their free cookies.
