She is a true jewel and a "must have" in the hospitality industry. Her attention to the wants, desires, wishes, needs, limits, boundaries, budget, and dreams of the wedding family was exceptional. She was intentional with her advice and direct with her communications. Juanita embraces an old-school personal hands-on approach to customer service that's missed in this digital society we must tolerate now. we discovered that Her staff marches to the same beat. They are responsive and intuitive. On the day of the wedding... OMG... it wasn't enough that the food was delicious, but THE STAFF'S PROFESSIONALISM AND SUPERB SERVICE was outstanding!!! Bravo. My wife and I chose Pampas Fox to cater our wedding this past September and they were everything we could have hoped for. Other catering companies had unreasonable requirements for pricing and guest counts, but Pampas Fox was very flexible. Their food options are varied, creative, and most importantly, delicious. The hardest part of working with them was choosing what food we didn’t want. Dymond was amazing to work with, she was very helpful with suggestions and input. Highly recommend them.

Pampas Fox catered our daughter’s wedding in April. I was especially pleased with their responsiveness during the planning process. Juanita was wonderful! I highly recommend doing a tasting as it helped us decide which apps, entrees and sides to select. The food was delicious and the crepe station was a huge hit! Pampas fox recently catered our wedding in June at Blue Valley Winery. They provided impeccable service and the absolute best food! All of our guests were blown away by how delicious everything was from the appetizers passed around during cocktail hour, to dinner, and finally the delicious desserts. They are an incredible team and we highly recommend them for all of your catering needs. They will make your wedding planning and coordinating smooth and are just the sweetest people.

It’s very unfortunate that I need to address a situation like this but when it comes down to being disrespected around multiple people in a professional setting to not me but my mother is unacceptable
I’m a 2026 bride there was a catering event for many vendors to sample all of there products, food , photography everything to show off their business which if very nice because you can actually have a conversation with the company try the food/ sweets of the company you are interested in etc.
I had about 7 people with me today to help with choosing things or giving me some idea for the wedding, 2 being of course my parents. With having so many things to see and being pulled so many directions as the future bride my mother tried some provide FREE appetizers from this company. Once done with trying her own she simply thought of bringing me the bride, her daughter the food to try. Which I will say the food was delicious if it wasn’t for the inconvenience they would’ve been my top choice. When she went back up to the station to grab some appetizers for me, the owner/ manager whomever says to my mother “ so are you actually looking for a caterer or are you just here to eat ? “ in front of other people around them trying the FREE food to see if they like this caterer or not. ABSOLUTELY RUDE !!! Unprofessional. My mom was very upset after this couldn’t enjoy herself at the rest of the event because this rude Impertinent question.

Pampas Fox catered our baby girl's first birthday party/doljanchi and made it effortless (and delicious)! Working with them to create the menu was so easy, and Maria was always kind and present whenever I had a question or alteration. On the big day, Damian quickly setup while working around our busy kitchen and was professional and polite! All our family and friends asked us where the food was from since it was so delicious! The empanadas were incredible, the alfajores were addictive, and the number cake was so beautifully decorated with nasturtium flowers and glitter dusted meringue kisses. I can't wait to have another event so we can work with them again! Thank you Pampas Fox team!!

We recently had a party at our home catered by Pampa’s Fox and the food and service were phenomenal. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

My husband and I went to a magnificent food and wine pairing at Vint Hill Craft Winery this weekend in honor of our amazing Veterans. What a dinner it was! Pampas Fox's delicious food paired with Vint Hills fabulous wine was absolutely perfect! We cannot wait for them to team up again and offer another memorable evening! Cheers!

From start to finish Pampa's Fox was incredible!! They were easy to communicate with and were on top of all the wedding day logistics including guest dietary restrictions. The whole staff was wonderful, and the food was amazing too! We got nonstop compliments from wedding guests about how great the food was!! We work with the team at Pampa's on many events every year along with many other vendors. I must say their team is the most professional team I have ever worked with. Occasionally we get the opportunity to enjoy their food which is always delicious.
