Wow, what a great random find. I had some time to kill in the morning and decided to go for a drive to the little shops center in Nokesville. I saw that this bakery was open, so I decided to stop in. The lady working the store was very nice and greeted me. I got some Argentinian chicken and beef empanadas and croissants and a cookie. All it took was one bite to know I would be a returning customer. The empanadas are lightly buttered on the outside and had a nice flakey crust. The filling was delicious and seasoned well. It weren't too oily or dry like some that I've had before! It came with very good house made chimichurri sauce. The lady there told me their croissants were some of her favorites, so I had to try. Wow , I wasn't expecting how good they were. It's a little more dense than a regular french croissant and the outside has a light sweet glaze, while still having a light crispy, buttery outer crust . My daughter loves it too. I'm so happy to find this bakery. They do catering and custom cakes too. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area!

Pampas Fox catered our wedding this August and they were absolutely phenomenal!!! We chose them because they were (amazingly) able to create a custom menu for us including using our own personal family recipes and preferences! They made authentic Peruvian dishes for our dinner buffet and appetizers, and we used many of their DELICIOUS options as well including their summer salad, appetizers like the beautiful charcuterie board, delicious empanadas, and more.. and their cutting cake and mini dessert bites which included the absolute best mini alfajores we had ever tasted!!! And we used their peach sangria which all of our guests loved! Absolute top notch food, drinks, service, set up of beautiful rentals, and overall incredible customer service and hands on interaction from day one. They truly made our wedding day. If you don’t want standard, bland, basic Wedding food….go with Pampas Fox!! They will blow your mind.

My husband and I stopped by on our way home from church and got a caramel apple muffin, a mixed berry muffin, and a lemon blueberry scone along with some coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious and the clerk was very friendly. We will be dropping in again soon!

The empanadas were fantastic. Sadly the cheesecake and passion fruit cake were not. Both were gritty tasting like the sugar didn't mix. I will return for the empanadas though.

My husband ordered an 8" carrot cake from this bakery for my birthday. They had it ready on time and it looked nicely iced so he asked them to write on it. I let it sit in open air for a while to warm before cutting it but it was still unusually tough to cut. It turns out it was the actual cake layers that were the issue. They had more raisins than carrots and the cake wasn't very moist. It was dry. Like a fruit cake. It even looks like a fruit cake. It did not taste right either. Not enough cinnamon or something. None of my family enjoyed it and we normally like cake! We did not eat any more of the cake. I had some of the bakery's other items prior to this cake and had high hopes for this cake as those items were SO good. I did email the bakery because for a $75 carrot cake, we expected a good cake and this was not that. Something was wrong. No reply in almost a week. UPDATE: After 7 days, I received an email from the bakery with an apology for a poor experience and a generous offer of a partial refund. I was happy just to hear back from them so I will definitely give them another shot.

I stumbled across Pampa's Fox Bakery this morning - I was visiting Vita Nova Creatives & Coffee for cold brew - which is in the same retail complex as Pampa's - so I popped in to check them out. Tons of baked good options here. They offer breakfast sandwiches all day. I opted to try their Ham & Cheese empanada - heated up - and a beef one - cold to go for later. The lady behind the counter asked if I would like heating instructions for the beef empanada - I did - and they slip a small note card in your bag with instructions for re-heating. The H&C empanada was a tasty breakfast morsel - they empanadas are not large - so you may want more than one! There is one table, I believe, if you wanted to eat in Paid with Apple Pay. Service was good! Check them out! #PampasFoxBakery
Pampa's Fox catered my daughters wedding and they do not disappoint. The food was excellent through all phases (Cocktail hour, dinner, late night snack) and their attentiveness took things over the top. I highly recommend Pampa's Fox!!!!

Juanita is very caring and makes sure that your questions are answered during the process. I had a million questions, and she got back to me with all the answers. She even stopped by to check on us on the day of the wedding when she already had another wedding on the same day. From ALL of our guests, we received so many compliments on the food. It was super delicious! During the tasting, they really listened to our requests and opinions to provide the best quality food on the day of. Also, the staff was super professional. They even made sure that the bride and groom were well-fed, and kept checking on the during the event. Every penny we spent was not wasted, every penny was very well worth it. We both highly recommend Pampa's. They will not disappoint! The best team ever!

Pampas Fox, from the beginning (wedding tasting), has blown us out of the water. Their food and pricing was amazing compared with their competitors we were interested in. During our actual wedding day, they provided wonderful service, and all of our guests LOVED the food. I also purchased my wedding cake through them. I was a bit needy and went back and forth until I got the exact style I wanted that they could create. Juanita and the team did everything they could to deliver, and deliver they did! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks and use them again for my catering needs.
