We asked for not a thin pizza , they say you have to a medium one if you want that !??
This is how this is it ,it’s burned and my kid cane eat even the edge because how hard is it and of course ,cane warm it up later .
This is the thickness if a quarter.
What a joke if a pizza world ,got to make money some how best way to cut the quantity of it and mess up quality .

I've eaten at a majority of the pizza places on Midlothian turnpike between 288 and powhite and Cabrera's is the best one I've found.

Been going here for over two years after wine tasting classes close by. Have seen quality of food decline. Cheap cheese that is oily and separates on the pizza. Service has become a joke. We had to ask for plates after our pizza was brought to our table. We were a party of three they brought two plates. One napkin. No silverware. Went to ask for silverware and first person looked at me and walked away. Second person handed me silverware. So sad service and quality has declined to the point I rather just call an uber then bother paying for a meal.

So we were visiting some family in Virginia in September, and we usually pick restaurants that we don’t have back home. Based on reviews, I said let’s try this restaurant. I ordered some wings for an appetizer which were ok. It probably was the best thing that was served in my opinion. I ordered the Chicken Marsala which was recommended by the server. It was not good or tasty. My nephews that usually can smash a medium or large pizza said they didn’t like it. My niece ordered pasta with red sauce and it was not good either. I had to taste what they ordered because I hate to waste food. They were right. It was not good. Something was different and tasted funny about the red sauce they used. Like it was old or expired or something. Below is a picture of all the food we wasted. My bill was over $100. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. So my overall my experience was a 2/10.

I'm honestly surprised by most of the reviews listed here, because the food I ordered tonight was not good at all. I ordered a small pizza and buffalo wings, and honestly, I probably would have been better off heating up Digornio’s or ordering from Domino’s or Pizza John's. Maybe I ordered on a bad night, but there was nothing special about my order. They did deliver it in a timely manner, though, even though the pizza was lukewarm.

Cabrera’s Pizza instantly takes me back to my Jersey City days—the slices are legit NY style, thin, crisp, and delicious. Easily my favorite pizza spot in Midlothian. If you miss true East Coast flavor, Cabrera’s is the real deal!

Besides the slight language barrier when ordering food this place was some of the best Italian food me and my family have had in a while. And to be honest the language barrier isn’t something I use against a place when reviewing.
I got the buffalo wings, my wife had a calzone and my daughter had a cheese pizza. The dough on both the pizza and calzone were thin but had a good chew. Very flavorful as dough goes. Sauce was delicious, and cheese and ricotta tasted home made. We paid 48 including tip and the service was perfect. I will definitely stop again when in the area. Don’t change a thing
