Just pulled up to the drive-through after looking inside the store to see two employees playing on their phones and was asked to wait for a minute. I waited five nobody got back to me so I left. Chick fil a is just down the road.

The whole restaurant is clean, the workers were friendly and very fast, and my meal was SO GOOD. Crispy chicken, flavorful EVERYTHING. Even the biscuit was perfectly soft and buttery with a crisp outside and perfect spices. McDonald's who???????

I was super excited to get some Popeyes in Virginia, I was looking forward to same mac n cheese, but was a bit disappointed when I got my sides. They did not get all my sides in and when I opened my mac n cheese, it was so hard and it slid around in the container. Overall food was ok but they definitely left the side out to long.
Unfortunately, this location is off and on. It depends on what day you go. We did door dash, when delivered, everything was wrong. (Not the dasher's fault, they are not the ones packaging the orders together.) The fries were just thrown in the bag unorganized, the chicken sandwiches just had mayo, and everything was cold. It tasted old and not fresh at all. The Mac and cheese was so hard and cold, maybe it was sitting out? I dont know. It was just awful.We tried calling the store to see if they wouldn't mind remaking our order but when I explained to the employee, she let out a huge SIGH and said "hold on", then hung up! Not professional by any means. I understand that being understaffed and being stressed but acting like it was a huge inconvenience to remake my order is just wrong.

Went to the drive-thru and it took forever to have someone take our order. Then when I checked the order before leaving I realized they didn’t give me 2 sandwiches and the one I did get was wrong. I went in to have them fix the issue, they took a while to even help me. Then they asked multiple times what I needed even though I said it several times and showed them the receipt. Then they asked for the wrong sandwich back and just tossed it in the trash rather than offering me to keep it since they can’t resell it and it’s just a waste to toss it. They also didn’t apologize for the mistake, they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them for having them correct it.
