It's subway. Wjat can you say.
To work here you must have to have a nasty attitude to be qualified .. I just stop coming to here all together it’s a million subways but this one is behind my house. Every single time i been to this location the kids were either playing in the kitchen, the staff is rude, or my online order is never ready in time. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead if it’s not gonna be prepared

This is literally the worst subway in Richmond,VA. Last week I ordered a sub through the mobile app. They called and said they didn’t have any bread. I found that to be odd because it’s subway but they cancelled the order & I was refunded my order. I did another mobile order today, in the app it says my order is ready to be picked up. I go to subway once I get there - they said the only options were wheat bread. I’m very annoyed because I drove all the way there for an order that should be ready. So I say just give me a refund, one of the workers say you have to request the refund online. I explained that the same thing happened last week and they cancelled the order & I got my money back. Another worker steps up & cancels the order. Needless to say I’m never coming back to this location. It sucks!!!

I was there to pick up 2 subs and they were helping one other person. It was two on duty. They completed ignore me .didn't address me at all.The two were laughing and playing and ignoring me. So after two of them finished with this one guy and still not addressing me
So I said Hello and he finally spoke. So I ordered my food. And he did a lousy job with the sub and didn't put not one napkin in the bag. These 2 needs to be recommended for how they treated me. At least address me. Did he think I was standing there for my health

I ordered through the app. When I got there, they were out of multiple items, so I cancelled the order. The young man said that he would refund my account. He did not. I drove back 2 days later and spoke over the phone with the manager "Matt", who took my information, said he could see the transaction, but for me to wait another day to see if a refund would post. It did not. Matt said he would call me in 2 days to see if I got my refund. He did not. So I called the store and it rang, and rang, and rang.
You see, drive past 2 other subways just to go to this one, because it's better. I have given them a lot of business. But now I have to drive back for a THIRD time over ONE order? I don't think so. I want my $35.59 Matt! Verstehen Sie?

I today received a sub that was extremely soggy, which is unusual compared to my usual experience. The bread felt abnormal, almost as if it was from a week old. Normally, I chew my food thoroughly before swallowing, but this time it took around 14 or 15 chews just to get through a bite, which is far from the norm.
I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure that subs are made properly and served fresh. As a loyal customer, I will give it one more try, but if this problem persists, I will have to escalate the matter.

What is the point of ordering online if my food isn’t ready for 15 min after my pickup time? It would have been faster if I went inside and ordered regularly. I was told I could take a seat when I got there as it would be a few minutes, and people who came in after me were walking out the door with their food before mine was started to be prepared, I guess I shouldn’t have sat down but rather got in line. I had to stay late at work to make up for the long lunch I took waiting for my sandwich. I appreciated the complimentary drink I was given but wasn’t a fan of having to work late today.
I ordered the rotisserie chicken wrap. It was full of meat and very tasty ? the customer service was good ?

I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS. TERRIBLE RUDE LIAR EMPLOYEES. I ordered from here on door dash and the order was completely wrong. Mayo on my sandwich which I can’t eat due to stomach problems, and the whole sandwich was melted with cheese melted instead of the bread toasted like I asked very clearly in the app. I know as an ex company manager during highschool that reporting to doordash can sometimes damage the business and cause people to lose jobs. So I thought I’d do the right thing and drive there to spare the employees that inconvenience. I was VERY polite when I arrived and they had the WORST ATTITUDE. The employee told me it was cheese and not mayo very rudely and didn’t offer a refund or a new sandwich even though I hadn’t bit into it yet. I walked out and looked closer at the sandwich to see that there was mayonnaise very obviously (see photos). I walked back in and explained very calmly and the employee ignored me and walked to the back very rudely and said “Lord not today I don’t want to deal with this”, and another employee said “Lord take the wheel” and just laughed. An older lady who I guess was a manager came out. I overheard her ask her employee “who put mayo on this” and she said “I didn’t” she then instead of making it right, GASLIT ME into thinking it was melted cheese. She would not make another sandwich or give a refund. She also touched all over my sandwich with her bare hands and no gloves which was disgusting. I’m a nice person and a Man, so at this point I shrugged it off and left because I would never raise my voice at a woman and there was not a man working to complain to. I left, 16 dollars and change less rich and a 45 minutes wasted plus driving time away from my office. TERRIBLE. IVE NEVER DELT WITH SUCH RUDE FOOD SERVICE CUSTOMERS WITH A SIMPLE JOB OF MAKING A SANDWICH. I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS.
