I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS. TERRIBLE RUDE LIAR EMPLOYEES. I ordered from here on door dash and the order was completely wrong. Mayo on my sandwich which I can’t eat due to stomach problems, and the whole sandwich was melted with cheese melted instead of the bread toasted like I asked very clearly in the app. I know as an ex company manager during highschool that reporting to doordash can sometimes damage the business and cause people to lose jobs. So I thought I’d do the right thing and drive there to spare the employees that inconvenience. I was VERY polite when I arrived and they had the WORST ATTITUDE. The employee told me it was cheese and not mayo very rudely and didn’t offer a refund or a new sandwich even though I hadn’t bit into it yet. I walked out and looked closer at the sandwich to see that there was mayonnaise very obviously (see photos). I walked back in and explained very calmly and the employee ignored me and walked to the back very rudely and said “Lord not today I don’t want to deal with this”, and another employee said “Lord take the wheel” and just laughed. An older lady who I guess was a manager came out. I overheard her ask her employee “who put mayo on this” and she said “I didn’t” she then instead of making it right, GASLIT ME into thinking it was melted cheese. She would not make another sandwich or give a refund. She also touched all over my sandwich with her bare hands and no gloves which was disgusting. I’m a nice person and a Man, so at this point I shrugged it off and left because I would never raise my voice at a woman and there was not a man working to complain to. I left, 16 dollars and change less rich and a 45 minutes wasted plus driving time away from my office. TERRIBLE. IVE NEVER DELT WITH SUCH RUDE FOOD SERVICE CUSTOMERS WITH A SIMPLE JOB OF MAKING A SANDWICH. I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS.

It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that you’re not allowed to substitute meats on your sandwich!!!! Who ever made this decision is out of their damn minds!! My wife and I came in to order two foot long sandwiches and I left with nothing because I couldn’t switch out one of the 3 meats that come on my sandwich! People have dietary restrictions that prevent them from eating certain food and meats! I will not be coming back to this location ever again! And if this is a new Subway policy I will not be eating at subway ever again! Do better!!

My employer decided to treat us to lunch and bought us Subway. I must say the subs were a bit small but they were yummy. I had the ham sub and I really enjoyed it. But I wish it had've been at least a 6 inch. I don't think it had anything to do with Subway. Unless they started selling 4 inch subs. Anyways, the sub was good and fresh.

don't expect much if any work is required, the people are so lazy it's unbelievable. I work for an emergency response team and called ahead to order a very large but extremely easy and manageable order, of 23 ham and turkey with cheese footloose. and was told ok over the phone and to give them about an hour to wich I agreed. showed up at the time I was supposed to and the place was dead and was told the order was too large and required catering. Very poor management

The promotional coupons are a waste of 4 color advertising. Half the sandwich's are excluded from them. This is deceptive to the customer and mostly the reason I don't purchase much of anything at subways. Additionally, the employees at the majority of the places are some of the worst in the food service industry. Subway's must set the bar so low that they attract the 4th tir of workers to staff the places.

30 mins before they are closing they say that they are out of bread and that the bread that's showing needs 30 mins to cool off. I guess they were done working for the day as they turned multiple customers away.

It's okay when they're open or have bread or have someone that's not high harassing you while you order. Caution. Can get ethnic Caucasians.Vegetarian options: I don't eat the meat. Out too long.
