Came here to carb up for the Richmond Marathon. Food was very good, it's been a while since I ate at sushi King since we have other places similar where I live in Virginia beach. But this location did not disappoint and neither did the service, the dining area is not very big as other locations may be. But we loved it so much we came back after the race to replenish.

Just left this place and it’s sure to be the highlight of my week. It’s like the power I formation of restaurants. No frills no gimmicks just rally the troops and let’s get this food out here. It’s so cheap for lunch and it’s all you can eat so if you come in hungry there’s no way to avoid getting your moneys worth. You don’t wait too long and you leave full. I love sushi king like I love David Bowie love and hugs to everyone involved in putting this together

The Nigiri Sushi is great, but as soon as you order a roll, you get 95% Tempura flakes and only about 5% fish - a whole lot of filler. I would recommend Hiro/Roll&Bowl over this place, and it is only about 1/2 mile away.

Sushi are okay, have really good selections. There is also buffet hibachi besides that. The inclusion on the buffet is a lot so it's totally worth it. The server was very nice and polite.

Was getting a headache trying to finish all the rice within the sushi so I started unwrapping some of the rolls to eat what was inside. They charged me an extra $4 because they have a no waist policy. Why wasn’t this mentioned before my plate was taken and why is there a no waist policy at an all you can eat restaurant???

The service was good but the place felt sorta gross. Ordered sushi rolls that I’m familiar with and tasted nothing like what I’m used to. Honestly tasted like dog food. Not sure if the food was old or maybe they reheated the fried roll but it it was truly awful tasting.

Sushi was a lot of cream cheese and not very fresh fish. Fish eggs were slimy and tasted off.

It’s extremely well priced and the food quality is exemplary compared to the low price. If you like eating a lot of sushi it’s a great buy and the sushi is what’s to be expected at an all you can eat place. Drinks stayed full and waitress was nice and quick.

Ordered takeout and the fish was not fresh at all. There was barely anything inside of the crab Rangoons.

Meh. Tried the all-you-can-eat dinner for $22. Good value for 4 rolls but the sushi was average to slightly-below average. Only the yellowtail roll tasted kind of fresh.
