Great customer service

I took my Granddaughter for some icecream...well, frozen yogurt. 82cents per ounce is really steep pricing considering the pomegranate raspberry sorbet I got as my 2nd layer was quite runny at first. $24 for myself and a 9 year old using the smallest cups is rediculous. I will definitely go to Cold Stone next time.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not ever buy from this location unless you want to be sick because they do not clean the machines here. I’ve had sweet frog from this specific location a couple times now and thought maybe the first time was just a mistake. But a month later I got It again and it was sour once again. Not only that but it’s very expensive to just be wasting money on sour frozen yogurt that’s $15 for the smallest size they have. I will never come here again

Delicious. No issues exactly what I wanted

Always clean, always greeted with a smile. They assist me with my Grandkids and assure we under what we are which cups to get!!

Disappointing customer service experience. The young lady working seemed incredibly miserable. Our family came in two hours before closing and she audibly let out a sigh when we walked in. No smile, no hello, just a big huff. She drug her feet when she walked and seemed to prefer sitting on a bar stool up front to play on her phone. Typically we tip for anyone doing the bare minimum but we had to pass here. It’s a shame because the flavors were great and it’s a nice treat on a hot summer day - but feeling that unwanted made the $30 spent on three cups of yogurt feel not worth it.

My 2 year old son cut his hand with a sharp headless nail sticking out near the front windows. We did bring it to their attention. And a lady come out with a hammer and hammered it down. But they didn’t seem too concerned about our son cutting himself. So we just left to tend to our son’s wound. I understand that they may have not known about the hazard, but would have at least appreciated more concern due to being a family friendly environment.

Clean. Good service. Tastie ice cream.

The young woman who was working was great.

This Sweet Frog smells like the tanning salon next door. Can’t fault them for that, but can fault them for how dirty it is. Definitely need to do a better job of cleaning 😕
