Restroom was absolutely disgusting at this location!!! Makes me wonder how well they clean the rest of their equipment. There was only me and my 2 children in the store, the employee should have been cleaning instead of on her phone!!

Several machines down and the manager on duty was not friendly. She didn't even speak actually when coming in the door and leaving. It was barely anyone in there so it wasn't like she was busy.

Haven’t had Sweet Frog ? in years I took my son for his birthday and the staff were very nice and the inside was very clean bathroom’s included both bathrooms my son turned 4 and was excited that the restroom was clean lol. He really enjoyed it and like the frozen yogurt ? im happy because its a good choice when you don’t want your little one’s having too much sugar! Id def go back to this location every time i come home for a visit

Brought my family in for a summer treat! This location has a great variety of flavors and was carrying my favorite flavor, TART! Yay! Toppings were good, I love the little cheesecake bites. I wish they had mochi topping like before. Other than that, it was delicious, and everything was clean, tidy, and well stocked.

Love this location. Always friendly employees and clean. My daughter has a peanut and treenut allergy, they are always accommodating and are able to get the toppings from the container to prevent cross contamination.

Nothing to really complain about this sweet frog besides the fact there usually isn't much flavors and there's almost always one or two machines down. I mean that's fine, the rest of the flavors are good, it's just a bit of a bummer! Employees are nice. (Always add a gummy frog ontop of your froyo for good luck)
we were passing by & decide to stop in This Place was Clean & cheerful looking The Young girl that works there i think her name was Ashley is very sweet & kind she was very helpful with helping us decide what to choose will stop again

Came in tonight with my family, the woman working explained to us that the first few tables were unavailable due to a sick child earlier. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for years I understand not being able to deep clean after a mess like that until close. The woman behind the counter was very polite as well. After we sat at the last table and ate, she came and asked each of us if once we were finished we could move to the bench closer to the front so a family with small toddlers & a preemie could sit. Of course we had no problem with that and hopped right up! The woman working was so kind & informative! We will be back for our weekly visit soon! Thank you sweet frog for always having a friendly and helpful staff!

Me and my family had a bad experience in this place. they was rude with us, They did not have all the tables available and while we were eating our ice creams, the store manager told us to make room for other people who were in the store without us having finished, we had not even sat down for 30 minutes and we asked what was happening with the other tables, They said that they were not enabled because someone had vomited in that place three tables not enabled, also putting the health of others at risk.

My family loves SweetFrog. We have food allergies, and the staff are helpful and kind. We’ve checked package labels many times, and they get my daughter toppings from the back to avoid cross contamination.And when you sign up for their loyalty program you get texts about no weigh days, when you don’t have to remind your kids to not go crazy on the toppings.Highly recommend.
