Delicious chicken (but we also ordered a beef dish). As spicy as you wish, or ask them to make it milder. Steamed dumplings also very good. Enjoyable. Friendly staff. Will definitely come again.
Absolutely delicious food, great service and cozy atmosphere. Will definitely go back and tell friends to eat here as well
I love this place, more than just the hospitality you get from dining in, but from how easily the chicken falls off the bone and how well the meat retains its tenderness. The one helping us was incredibly sweet and showed incredible hospitality during our time there. The flavors vary along with the dipping sauces to choose from, but the core of dish will always be how well the chicken comes out juicy and moist from every order.I will definitely recommend this to anyone willing to grab some good chicken.
Very happy with this place! The chicken is very crispy and insanely juicy. The white meat pieces were just as tender and moist as the dark meat pieces which is hard to do!Chicken-mu (pickled radish) was fantastic and the coleslaw and edamame were very good. Onion rings seem to be made in-house too and have a great panko breading. The original chicken (no sauce) was seasoned really nicely and had a nice balance of saltiness and other seasonings. The soy garlic sauce was super garlicky and less sweet than other Korean chicken places, but we honestly preferred this so much more.Everything is super fresh and the staff are so sweet and helpful. The restaurant has a fun vibe with plants and cute, handmade pictures. Really looking forward to going back!
Great quality chicken. Crispy, juicy, and the sauces tasted great. Price was reasonable as well. The woman working there was really nice and works hard. While I was waiting a customer picking up their food forgot one of their items and she practically sprinted out the door to catch up with them. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors and dishes.
The chicken is absolutely delicious. Good balance spicy hot with draft beer.that was so yummy! The service was great also :)
I’ve been wanting to go here for a while and i’m so glad i did! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. My friend and I ordered the classic and sweet spicy fried chicken, it was amazing! The chicken was crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly.I couldn’t ask for better fried chicken! The lady who served us was SO sweet and gave us pickled radish and wipes to clean our hands after eating! There are not many Korean restaurants so it was a blessing that this place opened up. If your looking for affordable Korean style chicken this is your place! I totally recommend to try it out. ❤️
The owner is so sweet. The environment is relaxing good place to enjoy good food and good conversation with family or friends. Really good Korean fried chicken I prefer it over bonchon. I will definitely be going back.
food was good but it is a bit pricey
The restaurant was empty at 5:00pm on a Thursday, which is understandable after my dinner. There was a twenty minute wait for the original fried chicken, which tasted bland and very disappointing. Addtionally, our half chicken order consisted of seven, tiny, oddly cut, pieces.
Restaurantji Recommends
Food is phenomenal— chicken is crispy outside and juicy inside, sweet and mild sauce is perfect, mozzarella sticks are great and served with some incredible spicy ketchup. Atmosphere and presentation are top-tier, highly recommend dining in to properly get your money's worth. Only complaint is that the same instrumental song played on loop the entire time, but it's not maddening or anything.
Went on a Friday night at 6pm and was surprised to see not a single customer sitting inside.Positives: The store interior is beautiful, the decor is truly well put together, fun, and vibrant. It is a must see inside this restaurant. The staff are friendly. Quality of chicken is good, would say 4 stars.Negatives: The chicken was good, but nothing really special in my opinion. The problem is the food is not really worth the price when other places can have the same taste at a cheaper price. Id prefer bonchon or Hmart korean chicken over this. Another issue is the lack of deals, we bought a whole chicken, 22$ and we didn’t get any sides for free except the pickled radishes which were very good. I feel like they could at least offer one free side when purchasing a whole chicken, or offer up combo deals or if they have lunch specials display them, because I did not see any put out even on their outside menu. No half chicken was less than 12$, and that doesn’t come with sides either. The rice is the cheapest side dish and the other sides are upward 4-5$ which is not worth it for onion rings or some other deep fried frozen dish. It is good, not good enough to come back unless they offer better pricing.
Honestly some of the best fried chicken I've had in a long time. It was made fresh after I ordered, and was nice and hot and juicy, with nice crispy skin.
Tried this new spot this evening - it did not disappoint. Soooo good ?? ? ? кσяєαи fяιє∂ ¢нι¢кєи ? @ Toby Chicken B/c I love to promote small businesses I’ve had great encounters with. . . • They’ve been open 3 mos (next to Firebirds off Robious in C’field) • Super clean inside/out (w/ a small patio dining area) • There were napkins, hand sanitizer, and a mini bucket for disposing on every table. • Sweet & friendly staff (the owner) I engaged with - I mentioned I love Korean kimchi (but I didnt see any on their menu). After she served me, she brought me a complementary side dish of kimchi! That was so kind of her. ☺️ I ordered their Veggie tempura side - YUM! I ordered their half/half #5 to bring some home for my guys. Both came w/ a side of pickled radish cubes that were delish - not tart, or oddly spiced; a small dish of salt/pepper & mini tongs for handling the chicken ? It was fried to perfection - lightly coated for frying & juicy. And the chicken was normally sized - not chicken pieces that looked like they were grown to full size on steroids in a matter of months, lol. * GIVE THEM A TRY - I dont think you’ll be disappointed ?
We tried Toby Chicken today for the first time and it was delicious! I got the popcorn chicken with the mild and sweet sauce and my husband got the garlic soy half chicken and both were to die for! Before I thought about it, we had eaten our fried gyoza before I got a picture, but that tells you how good it was!! My daughter isn’t always adventurous so she got the edamame and a side of rice and we were brought a delicious sauce to try with it. It’s nothing I’ve ever had before, but so good! My daughter tried both our chicken and even she complimented it and said she’d try some chicken next time! As a side note, the portions are generous! You’re getting a great deal with the price and I can’t wait to eat my leftover chicken for lunch tomorrow! Highly recommend checking them out!
