They are lazy when I'm paying to be. I started going here almost a year ago when I moved into the area. When the pick ups became popular recently I thought it would be great because I can't walk and almost no one is nice to the person in a wheelchair these days. I use it at Kroger as well with no problem, but here is another story. Plan on calling 5 times before you reach someone who doesn't hang up on you while having a personal conversation that you can hear and if you order more than one of the same item COUNT IT! I'm always missing at least one thing. Generally something small so I don't fret but it's something I paid for. Everyday items are replaced and if I go inside same day they are available. Just seems like they aren't trying. If they weren't decently less expensive than Kroger I wouldn't come back.

This is the dirtiest, most poorly run grocery store in the area. Employees are rude and don't seem to care about customers satisfaction at all! Spend your money elsewhere!

The neighborhood Walmart is excellent. My husband and I are there 2 or 3 times out of the week. The cashiers and Customer Service all cooperate to make all transactions go smoothly and as quickly and efficiently as possible. I think the glue that holds all this professionalism together is the Store Manager Vicki . Carolyn Howe

I believe by far this location is better than the Hopkins Road location. At least the workers at this location are friendly to their customers.

Wow I never would've thought that I'd actually enjoy shopping in a Walmart! This calls for a five star rating. I think these neighborhood Walmart's are great because not only are they smaller and less overwhelming, but they're much more organized and less chaotic. This particular location has been my go to recently and I'm pretty happy with that. This location has a Walmart gas station, a decent sized parking lot, pharmacy drive-thru, and grocery pick-up area if you online order. I like that this store is pretty organized, all of the employees are friendly and don't mind helping out. They have a good amount of self-check out lines which seem to be more efficient than going to an actual cashier. All in all they may not have every item like a supercenter, but if you like a less crowded environment and peaceful shopping I recommend coming here! My experience each time has been pleasant.

I choose to drive a little over an hour out of my way to shop here. I love the fact that it's never crowded. The staff are always friendly and informative. I've shopped in the store and used their pickup service. I've never had to stand in line very long. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because of the limited selection. I was aiming for 4.5 stars but I can't seem to figure out how. I haven't used the Walmart gas station but I do like the fact that it's there if I need it.

This is a low-key neighborhood Walmart which is great! The parking lot is never full and they have a good selection of inventory. Only downside is the lines can be long due to short staff.

Better customer service can be found at the local morgue. An excellent place to take your children as a teaching moment to demonstrate where their underachieving classmates will eventually be found.

They wouldn't allow me to purchase a bottle of wine because two girls previously tried to purchase one and I guess one of them didn't have and ID. That had nothing to do with me. I am 25 years old and can purchase alcohol legally.

This place has the worst customer service in their site to store department. Sad when the service manager or assistant Tiarra stands there writing something down, looks at you when she finishes, manages to chit chat with two other employees and then proceeds to answer a phone call. Um, have some customer service and acknowledge you have a gd customer. Where do they hire these incompetent people?

Small and limited on things but it's a good walmart that seems more like a grocery store than a regular walmart but it is coated a different color green

I rather like the idea of a scaled-down Walmart. You don't have to worry about weaving your way through a bunch of useless department store-esque aisles if you're just there for groceries. The prices here are what you'd expect from a Walmart: CHEAP. I was also surprised to see brands here that I normally wouldn't associate with Walmart (such as Rao's Italian sauces.) Another plus is how clean and organized the store is, especially the produce section. However, that could be because the store is still fairly new. I do hope they maintain this level of cleanliness. Most Walmarts in this area are a tad rank so it's a huge plus to see one actually look as though they care about the appearance of its sale floor. The only thing I don't like about this store is the deli. It's severely lacking compared to Walmart Supercenters. Same goes for the "bakery." I can see that this particular chain of Walmarts are supposed to give off the impression of an inexpensive luxury-style grocery shopping as a means of competing with stores such as Fresh Market. However, it might be difficult to do so without a dedicated deli and bakery in house. Again, I liked this store and despite the fact that I don't normally shop at Walmart, I just may return.
