If you use a debit card at the Tazewell Pizza Hutt, watch your account. The last two times I purchased from them my account was deducted twice. They had no idea what they are doing and told me to call the bank. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me he would refund my money this time but never again. If you have an app, watch it.
We arrived between 7:30 pm and 8 pm. Apparently the buffet closes down at 8. We was never told that when we came in and there is no sign anywhere stating these facts. The food was cold, old, and they never refreshed anything. They should have told us before we sat down. Also they was severely understaffed, tables and floors were an absolute mess. And old crusty mashed potatoes was served to someone in drive thru. Never again for a very long time

However, some orders may be delayed, leading to disappointment. On the other hand, the cashier is friendly, and the food is great with no mistakes in orders. Overall, Pizza Hut has a great staff and delicious food, but needs to improve its drive-thru service.
