The tomatoe sauce didn't taste right and wasn't enough on it. It tasted like it had gone bad. I was scared to eat it. Was afraid I'd get sick from it.. But the rest of it tasted perfect. The lady up front was as sweet as she could be.

Staff was really nice. Polite. If you order food just heads up they don't have cheese cups, lol, they were so confused. The bread sticks were a little over cooked and hard to eat, but overall perfectly baked and tastes flavorful. Everything was done within 20 min and we ordered alot. We're from up in the northern states. We don't have 1 KFC and Pizza Hut together.

The drive thru worker was super nice, her name was Rachael. She got my food out the window quickly and had me on my way in a blast. 10 out of 10 customer service.

If you use a debit card at the Tazewell Pizza Hutt, watch your account. The last two times I purchased from them my account was deducted twice. They had no idea what they are doing and told me to call the bank. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me he would refund my money this time but never again. If you have an app, watch it.

If you use the app then your order will be wrong. Just expect it. I did not get what I ordered and one pizza was raw and doughy in spots due to all the extra toppings they put on it which I Did Not Order.

Even with a shortage of help they maintain their quality control and produce a great product. Staff is very busy but stays patient with slow customers and cheerful to all.

Went thru drive thru and ended up having to go in and get my meal after waiting over 30 min it was sitting on counter and was cold when I went to eat it so thru away very unsatisfied won.t be back until they make it right.
