If you want to actually get what you order, go to the restaurant. I ordered online and completely regret it. They were out of a few things which happens, but the store took the liberty of not informing me and just replacing everything with cheese dip. Out of guacamole, so I got cheese dip. Out of cookies, got more cheese dip. I’ve now got a mountain of cheese dip…which I don’t eat. They were also out of Powerade and went with tap water instead of just providing a cup for the fountain. Just overall not a great place.

First: this place is so dirty. Everyone sitting around in their phones when they should be cleaning.Second: I know each location is different, however, these chips taste like they came out of a bag instead of made in store like JC and Kingsport locations. The chips are stale. I ordered nachos. There was no rice. I asked for shredded cheese because at other locations they will put the nachos under a broiler to melt the cheese. I thought they would do that here, but they don't. They then asked if I wanted lettuce and I said yes, again thinking they would melt the cheese first. They added the lettuce and then pour queso on top which immediately wilted the lettuce. At this point I just pay and move on. Tried the food to be fair but immediately threw in trash. I won't be back to this location.

Nice place but if your looking for good portions…. or think it’s similar to CHIPOTLE it’s NOT!!! they OVERCHARGE for what they give … not enough portions for what you pay for! Food is expensive $15 for meal no drink and just a scoop of extra sour cream with a regular meal … when I was there the same guy who was wipping the windows when I walked up to the place served my food…. ? use your BEST JUDGEMENT some days it’s a hit or miss!!!

Our office ordered a catered lunch for 40 people from Barberitos in Norton and it was fabulous! They prepared everything very well/smart, making it easy to serve and the food was delicious. It was way more than enough too so after everyone ate we were able to donate the leftovers. We all agreed it was the best meal we’d been able to have together from a local restaurant.

This place has it over Chipotle. For the quality and quantity? You're going to have a hard time convincing me otherwise... and I used to love Chipotle on an almost addict level. My girl got nachos and I ordered the spicy chicken quesadilla. Worth checking out if you're ever close to one.

I think they earned a review from me. I've gone there three times now because im in the area on a project. Im already being treated like a regular. The staff are incredibly friendly.The food is pretty filling for cheap too.

This place is great! Amazing food, great portions, good price, and great conversation with the employees. They act like they love their job and I believe them.The nacho tray is absolutely ginormous! The burrito bowl was a large portion too. As a 240lbs man who loves to eat, I’m telling you the portions are solid for the price.Also, their chips are always on point and the queso is solid. Plus they have a salsa bar with 3 flavors that are good.We always stop on our way through Wise, VA and I’d recommend you do too.

Tired of teenage boys who are inappropriate...service was good while ladies are there..owners should be ashamed of most of employees..good ones don't stay long for treatment they receive..Me and my family and friends won't be back

If you want a reliable place to create a take-out order to cater your meals, this is the best place in Wise Co! They go the extra mile to make sure the quality and quantity of food is appropriate and pleasing. My burrito is almost always better than any of the other Burrito companies out there (Chipotle, Qudoba). We often see in Wise County a drift toward poor food quality over time but this place doesn't budge. Thank you for supporing our staff with catered lunches! How about no stars for starters. Supposed to open at 11. At 1130am someone comes to the door and told me they are doing door dash orders and it won’t be open for a while. I refuse to come back. This is the second time the door has been locked during lunch.
