Food was OK. Counters were semi-clean. Men's bathroom was gross towels and tissue on floor as well as crap that was moped under toilet. Makes you wonder what the kitchen floor looked like.

Why is it that orders are never right..and the buns fall apart and onion rings are cold I got somebody's chicken nuggets...I don't understand. ITS ALL fast food now days

I decided to get lunch at this restaurant. I hadn’t ate here in several years. My burger didn’t have a good charbroiled flavor at all. There was a hair in my burger. My onion rings were fine. The restaurant remodel looks great inside. It was very hard to eat with so many flies in there. At one time I counted six on the window I was sitting next to.

Literally just left there, got a ham melt combo, and a burito the lady knocked my bag of food in the floor, picked up the sandwich mostly unwrapped and instead of throwing it away she carried it in the back and immediately carried it back to the front and went to put more hashrounds in the bag, I got a full refund, not going to eat food thats been dropped in the floor, they should be ashamed for trying to serve food thats been in the floor

This BK has really good food. Restaurant is clean. Great staff. I've been there as a customer many times but today's order was a DoorDash order. They had the order ready when I walked in.

Honestly it was alright until I opened my chicken wrap to eat it and found a piece of chicken the size of my finger! Almost $40 for our food and you give me the tiniest piece of chicken to eat? Then my babies burger was falling apart and could barely eat it.

Tonight makes the 5th time in a month where I’ve specifically ordered something and I got the total opposite. You might as well not even order your food the way you want because they fix it however they want to. My son is autistic and he only eats things a certain way and anyone who has autistic kids or family they know they will not eat it unless it’s the way they are use to eating it. I refuse to spend 10 to 15 dollars on a meal just for me to throw it away. I’ve had enough and I will no longer bring my business here and anyone that I know I will suggest to go somewhere else and anyone reading this don’t bother keep on going and find something different. I’m a very understanding person and I get things happen but Jesus people come on 5 times in 1 month? That’s almost a 100 dollars in food I’ve had to throw away this month because they refuse to pay attention to anything you say.

Took 22 minutes to make a fish sandwich. Too concerned with drive thru on cars that came thru long after I ordered. Didn't hand my food, kind of tossed it. Sloppy made. Won't be back there.
