This is Norton, VA. It's about as good as it gets for here. The staff is great. Oysters are seasonal but they are absolutely amazing. They are the best things in the menu

As someone who typically dislikes fish but had a craving for it.....the food was amazing. Havent been to a Captain D's in about 10 years...... will definitely be coming back. Food was HOT, fresh and flavorful!

The only regret I have about this visit was that I didn't get the employee's name who took care of us. He was super sweet and respectful to every person he spoke with during our time there. The food was hot and fresh, and the dining area and bathroom was clean and well-stocked.

Front cpunter guy today was awesome customer service was over the top. Was going to tell manager but after waiting at least 25 min. and him not cpming out from back (yes he was busy but 10 seconds to hear how good the service was) i orderd a extra piece of chicken and received a piece half as bog as the regular piece of chicken. I wish i would of asked the front line guy his name but i didnt.

Chicken tenders were no bigger than chicken nuggets. It was very disappointing. I use to enjoy going to Captain Ds when they actually served chicken strips instead of hard scrap meat

Went to Captain Ds today for lunch before I went to my shift at work. Drove to the speaker to place my order and the young man who took my order was so chipper and happy to help me. He turned my whole day around just by his positive attitude. The food is ALWAYS great and the service is even better!!!

I like captain Ds. But the last two times I have e been there the fish wasn't very good. And the in house tarter sauce tasted like plain mayonnaise. The fish tasted like it had been thrown down in the oil again to warm it up. Grease pouring out of it. I will wait awhile before I try it again.
