I came to pick up my mobile order at 7:26pm as the app said to, I waited in the mobile order pick up line for approximately 30 minutes with no one attempting to explain the delay. Finally a worker came to the register and I asked how to cancel my mobile order and get a refund because I had been waiting for 30 minutes, she stated she didn't know and to call back in the morning because they were the only place open and that had power on. Now I understand being slammed with orders in the drive thru and inside, however I do not understand being rude and completely ignoring a customer that had already paid. This was by all the employees, not just one. An explanation of the delay and a reasonable alternative to the order would have been great. Finding an online form for a complaint is useless. BTW DQ in Norton was NOT the only place open, all the other restaurants in the area were open as well.

Chocolate shake was water and chocolate mixed

Idk what the problem was/is. Slowest service EVER. Sitting in drive thru rn, already 10min of waiting just to get to the order sign. Need new workers or something. Then wonder why the customers get upset. FYI lobby is closed.

I asked for 2 of the $7 meals, one of them chicken strips the other a cheeseburger without ketchup. And 1 strawberry sundae and one chocolate. Sadly they put ketchup on my burger and my ice cream was filled too much as they gave us both strawberry and chocolate syrup on each and the lid wasn't on good so it spilled and I got it everywhere. And the burger was horrible. I usually love the food here and I hope to again.

Like there food but wouldn't work there. Gave me run around

The food was the typical fast food, and the front cashier was nice.. but this store stinks so bad, and the floors and walls are so nasty. It's like there was a sewer leak and it wasn't cleaned properly.

Food and the service were amazing. The drive thru was a bit backed up, but the staff handled it with speed. Good place, the only thing is wish the food was a tad bit warmer.

The food is great if you get the right people on shift. We went mid afternoon on a Sunday and the chicken of the badket was suuuuper dry, they forgot the gravy, and one of our fries in the order. It took the fella in window two retries to get our drinks correct... when those individuals aren't on the shift the service and food is excellent.

It's Dairy Queen, but it's always good. Great vanilla milkshake, which is what I was after. Didn't seem to bother my lactose intolerance
