I got 2 pieces of catfish and potato wedges and hushpuppies and breaded banana peppers which are pretty good I didn't finish my food, my papaw asked for breaded banana peppers and this lady gave us fried pickles then they didn't refill my cup before I almost drank it.

I’ve been suffering from food poisoning from this place going on day 3 now after ordering a pick up order of chicken tenders, hush puppies and fries. Terrible, you guys have GOT be cleaner. Wash your hands!
Our waiter forgot our appetizer. He spilled my drink on the table as he sat it down and left it for me to wipe up. Flounder was not seasoned at all. Chicken tenders were very good. That concealed lump of hardened vegetable oil is NOT BUTTER. It only belongs in the trash. If you have baked potatoes get some REAL BUTTER or at least some quality margarine. Otherwise don't serve baked potatoes if you ruin the experience with garbage fake butter.

Service left a bit to be desired, but the food and price make up for it! I dined in with a teenager and 2 small kids between lunch and dinner and got a to-go order to take to my mom & grandparents. There wasn't a kids menu, but my girls usually split an adult meal anyway so that was no problem at all- plus they got coloring pages with crayons and loved the murals, aquarium, and enormous shark sculptures. The food is fantastic, and the portions generous! The four of us had leftovers to fill an entire box and with 3 go orders and a tip still spent just $100. 5 meals (kids split one and had water) & 2 drinks. We will always eat Fishtales when we visit Norton! This place was such a good find!
