This Hardee’s always has amazing food and great service! The only issue we’ve had is that I accidentally ordered online for this location when o was not in town. We were not able to change the location after submitting in the app, which was fine but I also didn’t want the food to go to waste. I tried calling to tell them to give it to someone for free, and no one answered the phone either time I called. It was just an AI voice that said “Good morning” and then dead silence.

If you find a hair in your food, don’t be surprised. If you want said food to be replaced, they will not do it. You have to eat the food with the hair in it if you go here good luck.
I ate here frequently in 2020 and have since eaten at many others throughout the country. Every other location doesn't come close to how much better the food and service at this location. Wish my local one would copycat whatever you guys in Norton are doing.
