I just went there and you guys think about going don’t small subs and I went in and I ordered a bacon chicken ranch sub and I got was chicken cheese bun no vegetables and no ranch or bacon I want a my money back in a gift card a sub above……………….more like a lie above next time I’ll to firehouse cause at least they can make a bacon chicken ranch sub correctly

So there is this guy that works there. I wanted a lot of lettuce and they wouldn't give it to me. Also I wanted my pickels in a smiley face and he wouldn't do that, so I just got my honey mustard as a smiley face. Also I wanted 2 1/2 banana peppers and he put 3. So I would not recommend this place, also the food doesn't taste as good as subway. 👎

Its not a NY deli sub but they make some Great sandwiches. Wish they had to choose from. A little pricier than I had hoped. I wish the darmned grocery stores made subs! But, fornow, this is am okay place to eat.

I've been to many Jersy Mike's restaurants, and this location is the best I've seen. It is a stand alone building that was built just for this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly. They asked our plans for the day, and we chatted about our trip. The employee who made the subs took time to evenly place the meat and toppings for perfect looking subs. Yum!

4/21/24 Norton Jersey Mikes. Got charged for three sandwiches. When asked the shift manager if they refund my money on my card. He said they couldn’t refund the card. And would not refund it in cash due to it was a card payment. He called the Manager which was not at the store because he left during his shift as employees stated. After they spoke with him said there was nothing they could do about my refund. That the manager said he would try and refund it later. The young shift manager took the receipt and wouldn’t give it back but threw it away. He wouldn’t even give me the stored phone number. Said if you want it you can get it from the internet. Had to ask him for the manager name multiple times and he kept referring which he finally did along with his. Since they obviously was not going to refund my money I ask for them to just make another one of the sandwiches. That I had actually ordered. No they would not! He hesitate made the sandwich that they changed me for that we didn’t order and would never had ordered. So that was a complete waste of $15+ dollars. Will never be back to this establishment!5/1/24 Reached out to the email that they provided a week ago. No one has ever responded back. This company appears to be crooks. And will not make things right when they are in the wrong.
