Food was amazing but as it was our first time we did not know that apparently you’re not allowed or supposed to put lettuce, tomato, mayo etc on the hot subs. When I asked if we could, I was met with attitude from the older employee with glasses. Like me as the customer was inconveniencing her to have to unwrap our subs and make them how we wanted them. The cashier was short and rude. You’d think spending $79 dollars on 4 SUB meals would at least pay for decent staff without attitude and some customer service training. We will never step foot in this restaurant again. Shame, bc the food would have brought us back. Just goes to show that customer service REALLY sets the scene for repeat customers.

I just went there and you guys think about going don’t small subs and I went in and I ordered a bacon chicken ranch sub and I got was chicken cheese bun no vegetables and no ranch or bacon I want a my money back in a gift card a sub above……………….more like a lie above next time I’ll to firehouse cause at least they can make a bacon chicken ranch sub correctly

So there is this guy that works there. I wanted a lot of lettuce and they wouldn't give it to me. Also I wanted my pickels in a smiley face and he wouldn't do that, so I just got my honey mustard as a smiley face. Also I wanted 2 1/2 banana peppers and he put 3. So I would not recommend this place, also the food doesn't taste as good as subway. 👎

Its not a NY deli sub but they make some Great sandwiches. Wish they had to choose from. A little pricier than I had hoped. I wish the darmned grocery stores made subs! But, fornow, this is am okay place to eat.
I've been to many Jersy Mike's restaurants, and this location is the best I've seen. It is a stand alone building that was built just for this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly. They asked our plans for the day, and we chatted about our trip. The employee who made the subs took time to evenly place the meat and toppings for perfect looking subs. Yum!
