it's a hit or miss, being the only L.C. in town and being a vegetarian they don't always have a hot and ready....ready.
the waits are long when you order, and it's confusing when you go in and aren't addressed by the staff. sometimes I just want to ask if they have a cheese ready and have to wait in line just to say they don't have one. I could have just yelled and asked the. and either waited to order or leave.

Usually order before I go especially if it's at lunchtime because they sell out of the good (hot and ready) stuff quickly and they are packed. I can either call or place an order on the app and they make it fresh. I went right at closing before and got hot and ready items and not only were the items old and "timed out" but they didn't even wait until I walked out to start throwing what they had away after they just charged me full price for their throwaway...
