I placed an order at the Pal’s in Wise on Friday (2/22) and I was missing condiments. Also, the staff at the order window could be friendlier. The food was fresh and hot, but the service could be better.

Pals is an assembly line for frozen food. Even the shakes are made in the cheapest way possible. Vanilla soft serve with flavor added. Strawberry for example. Sad really.

This Pal’s is so unreliable. This morning I got a biscuit with butter and strawberry jelly. We asked for jelly at the window and the lady said it was in the bag. Got home, no jelly, and no butter on my biscuit. This happens 3/4 times I visit this pals. They’re slow as smoke and you can’t trust that your order is even right!!

I love Pal’s, I really do. The Pal’s in Norton can never seem to get my order correct. I ask for Jelly, it never gets put in our bag. I ask for customizations to our items and at this point, it almost feels pointless to ask. This Pal’s does not meet Pal’s Standards AT ALL!

Hamburger bun was stale & mayo was sour! IDK why anyone wants to eat here or why cars wrapped around building. They have like 10 people working. Now why should I have to wait for old/stake/rotten food? This was link they gave for review. Guess they don't want corporate hearing about this but it's probably worse letting public know what 💩 they serve! I won't be back anytime soon. Should I visit Walmart again, I'll go Sonic Instead. I guess Norton charges more tax cause same food else where is 10-25cents cheaper per item..

Anytime I end up in SWVA or East TN, I’m on a mission to get some Pal’s. While landing in the Tri-cities airport, I overheard people talking about how great it was to be back home and the first thing they were going to do was stop by Pal’s on the way home. 2 thumb up, 5 stars, 10 out of 10 every time!
I find it very hard to pass a Pals if I am hungry. (And sometimes when I'm not lol). This location is great and a must stop if you have never had pals. Grab a chili burger or sauce burger and thank me later!
