This Pal’s is so unreliable. This morning I got a biscuit with butter and strawberry jelly. We asked for jelly at the window and the lady said it was in the bag. Got home, no jelly, and no butter on my biscuit. This happens 3/4 times I visit this pals. They’re slow as smoke and you can’t trust that your order is even right!!

I love Pal’s, I really do. The Pal’s in Norton can never seem to get my order correct. I ask for Jelly, it never gets put in our bag. I ask for customizations to our items and at this point, it almost feels pointless to ask. This Pal’s does not meet Pal’s Standards AT ALL!

Hamburger bun was stale & mayo was sour! IDK why anyone wants to eat here or why cars wrapped around building. They have like 10 people working. Now why should I have to wait for old/stake/rotten food? This was link they gave for review. Guess they don't want corporate hearing about this but it's probably worse letting public know what 💩 they serve! I won't be back anytime soon. Should I visit Walmart again, I'll go Sonic Instead. I guess Norton charges...
