Pizza Hut

Horrible so horrible the waitress had four tables she was waiting on and couldn't get nothing right and bout that time we all smell marijuana. My wife goes around back the employees was smoking at the backdoor with the door wide open blowing right thru where we was eating. Needless to say we got up and left no respect anymore from some people anymore. Nothing a child should ever have to smell in a restaurant. So disappointed!!

Complete waste of money. I paid $38.96 to get a my hut box, garlic cheese sticks, and 6 sides of ranch. This included a $4.99 delivery fee and a $6+ tip that I paid when I placed my order. The food was delivered an hour and a half past when it said it was going to be delivered and everything was lukewarm and rubbery. I assume it took so long because they use doordash to 3rd party deliver it. The boneless wings I got in the my hut box were not only pitiful, they were the wrong flavor. I ordered this as a somewhat treat for myself after working a very long and rough day. Disappointed is an understatement.

Ordered online tonight and it wasn't good at all, pizza was cold when it got here and it barely had any sauce on it even though I requested extra .

Ordered a Stuft crust pepperoni pizza with onions ans green peppers and cheese sticks. Order came out to be over $40 plus a $5 tip. Got home and seen there were no onions and green peppers. Lesson to be learned is to check your food before you leave.

Now this place was very nice the employees were very nice it was clean and the service was quick are pizzas were up and done within 15 minutes. We will be going back here again.

My wife and I order from here all the time and always usually have a good experience well today she ordered a to go order and they forgot an order of cheese sticks that was already paid for so of course we asked to have them made since they had been paid for. Well while it took them forever to make the cheese sticks because the employees were standing around doing nothing they never once offered to make us new pizzas because they had gotten cold already nor did they offer to at least warm them back up after having to sit and wait on the order of cheese sticks to be made. I don’t normally complain or make a big deal out of things but this situation could have been handled a lot better especially when we come here a lot and pay to have fresh pizza and then not get what we paid for. I get things happen and people aren’t perfect but them not offering to at least warm the pizza back up knowing we had to wait isn’t cool at all.

Went to the Norton location as our local restaurant closed for good; the pizza was excellent & the staff was super friendly & professional. Will definitely be going again.

Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options; I almost always get the veggie lover's pizza & it never disappoints.

Parking: Not sure about number of parking spots, but there are enough.

Big difference between what menu shows & actual product. I've never had to sign for my food. I will say I wasnt happy w/ greasy less I got. Manager sent a snyde email saying it was oozing butter not grease because I filled out survey. I sent same pics & video here. Plus it was a melt not a calzone as lady stated. (smart ass much?) I can't say it would be better oozing butter Vs grease. Not healthy in least bit. I might have given a better review of manager wasn't rude smartass. I did not include that email Pic. How wonderful I get this for a 20min drive!

Food was ok. But my real issue is the fact that I paid one price which was the total of my order online I get there to get my food swipe my card and a couple days later get a notification that a tip was added to my card! I didn’t leave a tip for an order I picked up!
