Pizza Hut

Went to the Norton location as our local restaurant closed for good; the pizza was excellent & the staff was super friendly & professional. Will definitely be going again.

Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options; I almost always get the veggie lover's pizza & it never disappoints.

Parking: Not sure about number of parking spots, but there are enough.

Big difference between what menu shows & actual product. I've never had to sign for my food. I will say I wasnt happy w/ greasy less I got. Manager sent a snyde email saying it was oozing butter not grease because I filled out survey. I sent same pics & video here. Plus it was a melt not a calzone as lady stated. (smart ass much?) I can't say it would be better oozing butter Vs grease. Not healthy in least bit. I might have given a better review of manager wasn't rude smartass. I did not include that email Pic. How wonderful I get this for a 20min drive!

Food was ok. But my real issue is the fact that I paid one price which was the total of my order online I get there to get my food swipe my card and a couple days later get a notification that a tip was added to my card! I didn’t leave a tip for an order I picked up!

Ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce and spent about $25. Someone in the back thought they would be a smart*** and make both pizzas with no sauce at all. When I called the location they said since you didn’t get your extra sauce, you can have $5 off your next order. When I said but there is no sauce much less extra they just said there was nothing else they could do without general manager approval. I asked them to have the manager reach out to me and that never happened obviously. I’ve been coming to this place for 2 years and it’s never been this bad. Seeing the other recent reviews I wouldn’t be surprised if this place just closed down for good. Whoever made my order deserves to be terminated. I have never in my life received a pizza where they “forgot” the sauce so I am positive it was intentional. As far as these responses where they say "what can we do to make this right"? No one has ever reached out to me except to say we will discuss the situation with management at that location and we are sorry and hope you will give us another chance. You may as well not say anything at all because they don't care about making anything right. If I am wrong please reach out to me and do something! From where I sit, your location stole my money and corporate could not care less!

Do not spend your hard earned money here. I ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce and someone thought it would be funny to make my to go pizzas with no sauce at all so I would not know until I got all the way home at nearly 8 pm at night. The restaurant staff who I reached out to could not have cared less if they tried. Corporate sent one of those emails where they say "we're so sorry you were disappointed and this is not the experience we want for our customers, please send us the details of your visit." I did that and not even corporate cares. Never heard anything even though they said they "wanted to make it right". I can see from the scads of other reviews this place just needs to close permanently. I will support the local pizza businesses from now on exclusively in this area. If you do order to go from this place, make sure you check the order in your car before you leave the parking lot.

the servers were absolutely some of the rudest people i’ve met. they rushed us out of here, the salad bar lettuce was brown, all of the drinks were flat, and the worst of them all, the servers were disrespectful and rude.

I ordered 3 pan crust pizzas and paid extra for it but got hand tossed crust instead. When I called they said this was because they ran out of pan crust and tried to sneak me cheaper pizzas instead of calling to ask about a substitute.

It's the first and it will be the last time we eat here. For 2 people it was 60 plus. Pizza was awful and the appetizers was brought out the same time as the pizza. The only thing that was good was their salad bar. Just go to little Ceasars to save you the disappointment.

Had trouble in the past and spent months trying other pizza places in the area, but gave Pizza Hut a chance today and it was all perfect. Ordered online, painless pick up, food was exactly what we ordered. Will try them again sometime soon, hope to have the same experience.

Everything I eat from here has been good but unfortunately I rarely get my order correct. I order breadsticks and every single time I order breadsticks except for once they make them as cheese sticks and then I have to wait for breadsticks. I even say on the phone to please make sure these are breadsticks because I keep getting cheese sticks. I assume that they're checking the order before they hand it to me because they made the order. Luckily, I checked when I got in my vehicle right away and didn't drive all the way back to Big Stone before I figured it out. I work in the hospitality industry and just word of advice please check your orders before you send them out. I have a very short lunch. And now I'm spending it waiting on food when the whole reason why I called ahead was so that it was ready when I got here.

I'm going to edit this review based on how the manager handled this situation. Originally I still gave the restaurant 4 stars but then I realized something the manager was standing there speaking to me when I'm carrying in these cheese sticks. It was the employee that was handling the situation better than the manager. Do you think he would have offered me a discount? No. Did he offer me the free cheese sticks or something to make up for the fact that I just spent a half an hour of my lunch time waiting on breadsticks? No. Did nothing. The lady at the register said she'll talk to the manager about offering points and I said don't even bother because I won't be back

Pizza Hut is as mediocre as can be. That is as polite as I can be. If this is taken down, I will find other ways to express my very sad opinion.

The salad bar was just ok. The best thing is their creamy Italian salad dressing. The pizza was ok at best. The marinara sauce in it was nothing special. Everything that was right about Pizza Hut is gone. I had 4 other pizza places to choose from, and by nostalgia, I chose Pizza Hut. Mistake....

I could have gone to a steak house cheaper. $30 counting tip. I most definitely will go to the four other local pizza places for a better meal.

Sorry, Pizza Hut, but you have seriously dropped the ball. Either revamp to what you use to be or shut down. I hate to be harsh, but you have fallen that far behind. I can better from local establishments. If you shut down, I do not think anyone would miss you.

I hate to be harsh, but you have lost your way. I have held back from reviewing. Enough is enough. Get it together and bring back what made you special.

Ok to carry out. Horrible to dine in. Staff acts like you are a nuisance for dinning in. Just get rid of the bales and make it a carry out only. Was handed a photocopy of a menu and told to sit anywhere. 15 minutes goes by and no one even takes drink order. We ended up just leaving. It's sad that Pizza hut is going g this way. Miss the old restaurant style pizza huts
