There was a sign up at the drive thru for the $4.99 feast. It pictured a burger, a corndog, French fries and a drink.
I ordered it with a couple additional combos. The food came and the combos were there but instead of the pictured feast, I received a grilled cheese sandwich and a drink.
When I questioned it, the worker conferred with her manager and then said that they would get it made if I gave them a minute more. Then a minute or two later, they came back and said that they don’t do that meal and no one has ever ordered it before. I said ok and then asked for my money back. They said that they can’t give me money back because I already paid for it. I said that I either should have be given the food or the money.
They said ok and then begrudgingly gave me exactly $4.99. That is ok, but it should have been given back with tax Included.
So, yeah, that was a crazy experience. I ordered something clearly advertised at the drive thru and I was treated like the weird person. 😀
Anyway; the other people in my party with food said the food was good. But…we probably won’t be back.

I pulled in today at 3:45 to get a limeade for happy hour. We've been sitting here 25 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and at this point it is past happy hour and no one around me is getting their order taken. The drive through seems to be moving at a snails pace, but everyone waiting at the menus to order at in the parking lot are being ignored other than a single customer that has had their order taken in the tine we've been sitting here. That customer had to then go up to the door because she was overcharged after finally paying. We finally gave up and left to go some where else. This is completely ridiculous and an enormous waste of everyone's time. Think twice before wasting your time here.

Absolute garbage service. 15 minutes AT the speaker not including the wait to the speaker. They eventually pull us up and we pay and we sat there for 30 Minutes. The employees didnt even look at us for the entire 30 mins. We eventually had to knock on the window ( which i felt rude but again they wouldnt even look at us) we asked what was going on as we only ordered a corndog, and a regular cheesebuger, and fries. Jocelynn was the cashier im not sure who answered the window maybe that was her? It was halloween and she was dressed like a deer. Anyways she answers the window snappy as ive ever heard any employee talk to a customer. "UM WE ARE BACKED UP" yeah I can tell, we have been sittinf at the window for 30 mins and are the first in line so? So we asked if there was a wait time as at this point our 5 month old was hungry as well and was crying for a bottle. She shuts the window in our face without saying a word and came back not even 30 seconds later with our food. It had been sitting their the whole time😐 Yall should really get ahold of your business before it becomes one of the many failing businesses in Norton,Va because your employees are absolutely rediculous and are going to ruin your business.

The place is getting worse. Sometimes up to an hour wait! The. They will apologize with your food cold. I had an experience where the screen button wasn't working and I had to order on the app they informed me they knew and after bringing this to their attention and telling them they should tell the customers so they are not wasting their time they decided to rudely shove my food bag through the door while I was still trying to sit my drink down and they spilled it all in the floor, and WALKED AWAY with a smirk on their face while I had to pick up all my food . I did call and was told they would reimburse my money and have a talk with them. Neither have been done obviously because I'm still getting shade when I try to go there.

There was hair in my food!! One in my popcorn chicken & one in the fries! I was devastated because I felt like i was starving, but I could not eat it after that, I felt sick because I'd ate some before seeing it...
Waited at the drive through window after I paid for 25 minutes for a French fries that never came.. had to Walk up to the front window for anyone to talk to me while people were ordering behind me and leaving... Took another 15 minutes to find mgr to get my money back.....
