Thinks its okay to stalk peoples social medias and go out of her way to harass them for speaking about their negative experiences on a public forum thats made to speak about your experiences. I wont be back 😊. Your employee needs a lecture about how to talk to people and i think its common sense that reaching out to someone on their private facebook is a big no no in any business.

This is the slowest Sonic I've ever been to. I say as I've been sitting at the drive thru window for 15 minutes waiting on what they said was a 5 minute sandwich fresh over 15 mins ago. šŸ™„šŸ¤¦

We waited in line for a total of 20 minutes. The person in front of us never even had their order taken, they ended up driving away along with others behind us also waiting, I pulled to the speaker and nobody said anything, no greeting, no ā€œI’ll be with you in just a minuteā€ nothing. Waited about 8 minutes before driving away as well. This isn’t a new experience, this Sonic has always and probably will always be like this without better drive thru service/management. And there were workers, we could see them outside on phone calls and closing trash doors, not taking trash out, just shutting doors, very big priority I guess. The only thing I wanted was a drink, so I instead went over to Pal’s (out to the road with cars) and I was in and out in a 4-5 minute time span; less time than I spent sitting at the Sonic drive thru speaker. I work in fast food as a manager and I would NEVER let someone sit at our speaker for over 2-3 minutes at MOST unless we were completely backed out to the road and were just not able to take orders. if my employees were letting customers sit like this, they would be wrote up for poor work performance. I’m surprised this location is still even open with how many people have had horrible experiences.

Overall garbage, it took twenty minutes to even get my food from the drive-through. The food was mediocre at best. The drinks were the best part and the only thing I'm coming to this sad excuse for an establishment again.

I don't like just putting reviews out there without giving a store the opportunity to fix them but they didn't give me my receipt so that's why I didn't bother calling to let them know I didn't have my order correct. This is the first and only time is 6 years I lived here that I ate at the sonic. I got a hot dog with onions ketchup and mustard and then I got a chili bun with no hot dog. Unfortunately I got two hot dogs and paid for both of I didn't know that until I left and got back to my office. Make sure you double check your orders. I repeated my order more than twice because I wasn't sure if the person got it right. They did not repeat it back to me. Anyway, I will double check your order and make sure you get your receipt.

I love Sonic’s food but this place is BEYOND SLOW. The last several times I have been to the drive thru they have taken 10+ minutes to take my order and another 20+ minutes to get the food. Ridiculous!!!! Do better.

45 minutes in line for 2 corn dogs!!! Absolutely ridiculous. This restaurant could NOT get any slower. I could have a whole meal cooked at home in the time they gave me my food. And the whole time I was at the window waiting, the girl at the window was talking to someone on her headset instead of trying to see where the food was at!!! And she wasn't taking orders cause the line wasn't moving! Management really needs to do a revamp!!!!

We waited so long for our order to be taken at the stall that we chose to just order on the app. At the point they finally came on the speaker to take the order we informed them we had already ordered online. My app showed we should have gotten our food around 9:04 PM & at 9:24 PM my fiance walked up when the screen changed acting like our food had been delivered. Once walking up, our food was in the back waiting to be brought out, it just hadn’t been. We waited in total over 40 minutes, for his food to be soggy. Very unhappy and will not be back.
