Overall garbage, it took twenty minutes to even get my food from the drive-through. The food was mediocre at best. The drinks were the best part and the only thing I'm coming to this sad excuse for an establishment again.

I don't like just putting reviews out there without giving a store the opportunity to fix them but they didn't give me my receipt so that's why I didn't bother calling to let them know I didn't have my order correct. This is the first and only time is 6 years I lived here that I ate at the sonic. I got a hot dog with onions ketchup and mustard and then I got a chili bun with no hot dog. Unfortunately I got two hot dogs and paid for both of I didn't know that until I left and got back to my office. Make sure you double check your orders. I repeated my order more than twice because I wasn't sure if the person got it right. They did not repeat it back to me. Anyway, I will double check your order and make sure you get your receipt.

I love Sonic’s food but this place is BEYOND SLOW. The last several times I have been to the drive thru they have taken 10+ minutes to take my order and another 20+ minutes to get the food. Ridiculous!!!! Do better.

45 minutes in line for 2 corn dogs!!! Absolutely ridiculous. This restaurant could NOT get any slower. I could have a whole meal cooked at home in the time they gave me my food. And the whole time I was at the window waiting, the girl at the window was talking to someone on her headset instead of trying to see where the food was at!!! And she wasn't taking orders cause the line wasn't moving! Management really needs to do a revamp!!!!

We waited so long for our order to be taken at the stall that we chose to just order on the app. At the point they finally came on the speaker to take the order we informed them we had already ordered online. My app showed we should have gotten our food around 9:04 PM & at 9:24 PM my fiance walked up when the screen changed acting like our food had been delivered. Once walking up, our food was in the back waiting to be brought out, it just hadn’t been. We waited in total over 40 minutes, for his food to be soggy. Very unhappy and will not be back.

I am currently sitting in line and I have been here for about 20 minutes waiting for them to take my order. Always have this issue, bad service almost every single time.

I gave 3 stars because we ordered and paid on the app and checked in on the app when we got there and we were forgotten about twice. We sat there for 30 minutes before I pressed the button to check on our order, they were really busy so I figured it was taking a few minutes and I arrived about 5 minutes early. After they brought the food out 10 minutes later I realized I had forgotten to order an extra meal for a guest and placed that order at the speaker. They were still a little busy so I expected to wait about 10 more minutes but when I had waited another 20 minutes I pressed the button and inquired about the order and they said it had already been sent out. I let them know that we did not receive it. After further investigation, they realized our order went to someone in the drive-thru fixed it, and brought the order out 10 minutes later. They were busy but losing orders and mixing up orders was ridiculous.

Waited absolutely forever for our food and drinks. When we got the Unicorn Dream slushies they weren't even slushies...they had melted and weren't good at all. Our Mozzarella sticks and pickle fries were cold because our food had sit there long enough for our drinks to melt. I think it should be replaced or We should get some credit for it. I will be contacting corporate at some point tomorrow as well as the restaurant to try and get it replaced or something.
