3 star only because posted hours are until 4am Saturdays. I would normally never go by so late but I was there at 3:45 AM and all lights in drive thru were off and the kiosk not working. Unsure why they're acting like they're already closed unless the posted times are incorrect.

Poor service seen employees sneak food out side doors to cars still in boxes. Restrooms smell and unclean kitchen area looks unsanitary heard lewed remarks towards eachother from employees so loud patrons left and went to restaurant next door arguing employees not a good place unless it's to go management needs revamped

So as with just about every Taco Bell I've went too they messed up my simple order, 3 been burritos w/Sour cream. What I was given were 3 been burritos without sour cream that were gooie. The sour cream not only adds to its taste but it tends to lessen the consistency (thickness) of the been. They did however upon calling them and complaining ( something I don't normally do) promised me 3 more as ordered at no charge. What bothered me was they weren't busy when I was there the first time.

I will NEVER go here again! Probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever had! They won’t take your order at the counter, you have to use kiosk. The person in front of us walked out when they wouldn’t take her order. Absolutely the skimpiest crunch wrap supreme I have ever had. I took it apart trying to find the meat because the first 3 bites yielded none. Didn’t even finish because all I was left with was tortilla. The taco was probably the thinnest little thing I have ever gotten. Absolutely unacceptable.
Well, I will say this. This Taco Bell location in Norton, Va. will stuff your taco to the max, and be pleasant while doing it. But, I still cringe at paying almost $3.00 for a single soft taco supreme, especially when I'm old enough to remember when it was just .89 at one time for a single soft taco supreme. It's just not right!!

Writing this as I sit here waiting for my food as I have been for the last 20 minutes. Slowest taco bell i have ever been to, and no one in the kitchen seems to be worried about the amount of people who have been waiting for a long time.

Traveling late due to holidays with a car load of hungry kids, so the order was large. Ordered online to make things easier.When we arrived at the drive-thru the guy that was my server was absolutely so nice and understanding. Our order was correct all the way to the number of sauces ordered and he even made sure I had some extra napkins! We will definitely stop again when traveling through!
