Traveling late due to holidays with a car load of hungry kids, so the order was large. Ordered online to make things easier.When we arrived at the drive-thru the guy that was my server was absolutely so nice and understanding. Our order was correct all the way to the number of sauces ordered and he even made sure I had some extra napkins! We will definitely stop again when traveling through!

They only have self-order keyosk inside. I found this to be a much slower process for everyone in line today. I know self-checkout is the new thing, but that doesn't mean it it better for the customers!
There is something comforting about Taco Bell it's the simple fact you know what your getting is going to taste good, fill you up and not break your wallet! Had a bad day grab your favorites off the menu head home watch something on TV and chow-down. Grab a box of tacos and hang out with friends. Don't feel like cooking dinner hit up Taco Bell.

This is completely not freaking ok u all freaking forgot my nacho cheese. And if it wasn’t for it being so mother damn cold outside I’d come get my freaking cheese. So next time maybe check the damn bag. I mean seriously only us and one other person in the drive thru. !!!!! YES I NEEDED MY NACHO CHEESE. Thanks for the NOT GOOD NIGHT. Actually… my boyfriend just realized not just the nacho cheese we r missing from our meal. We r missing two other things we paid for. Spent 16$ just for three things, when it was supposed too be more. Tried calling just says busy line.

I thought the Gate City location was bad. We had to come up here to rescue my toddler, her dad broke down and stopped to get food bc it's late. Did an online order. First time it wasn't right, went back through second time it wasn't right but we didn't even bother going back again were tired and irritated. I'm starting the think this entire chain is effed. Gone downhill so badly.
