I only get their soft pretzel sticks with marinara sauce and they are great and they are the only thing that don't make me sick while having Kemo and Radiation and the people that work there are totally awesome every time & I highly recommend them pretzel sticks.

The chili cheese hotdog I got Fell apart when I went to eat it, and the strawberry slushy tasted like the smell of a new refrigerator, unfriendly staff, and slow

The bathrooms: a HORROR show. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 They’re located on the outside, The men’s bathroom looked ghastly. The women’s didn’t even have a sign and wouldn’t lock, and the inside of the toilet looked like something died in it. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫Floors were absolutely filthy in both. I can only imagine would the kitchen looks like. We ended up at Food Lion across the parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend getting food from an establishment that doesn’t give a crap about the state of their facilities. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Man this is a pathetic excuse of a sonic. Been several times the pull up bays are nearly impossible to get service at. No matter what I order its wrong or I have to say it repeatedly. Its common for them to forget things too.

Absolutely atrocious inside. More flys flying out of their window than I could count. I noticed zero hand washing by the lady in the morning after taking my money then making food n drinks. I took my child’s meal and threw it away and got him Arby’s. I wish I didn’t waste so much time there. I will not be returning.

I don’t recommend stopping, they don’t participate in online ordering which limits you from using promotions, the bathrooms are atrocious! The ladies room doesn’t even have a lock so I had to use the men’s room, which was disgusting. I’d love to be contacted by the franchise owner for a refund because my order was not good And was over $15 for two items.

We were almost on the order when they told us that they were out of chili. Now the lady offered to go to food Lion to get the chili to make it a chili cheese dog. But we had hungry children so we would have to pass.

this place is kinda awful. it’s 10 mins past our expected delivery time to the car, and i used the bathrooms and they are disgusting! i don’t know if the staff inside is inside or where they are or what they’re doing, but im worried. i hope i get my food soon…

update: we got our food and it was kinda bussin! i’m very happy with the food, but i dropped a tot and my brother got no cherries or limes in his food. overall, bad service, good food, awful bathrooms

Honestly can’t rate the food because I never got it. Waited FOREVER in the drive through before throwing in the towel. It was taking 10 to 20 minutes per car. Also most of the stalls no longer have ordering stations so you have to go through the drive through. Place is dilapidated and service is non existent. I’d encourage you to go anywhere else to eat.
