Sonic Drive-In

We were almost on the order when they told us that they were out of chili. Now the lady offered to go to food Lion to get the chili to make it a chili cheese dog. But we had hungry children so we would have to pass.

this place is kinda awful. it’s 10 mins past our expected delivery time to the car, and i used the bathrooms and they are disgusting! i don’t know if the staff inside is inside or where they are or what they’re doing, but im worried. i hope i get my food soon…

update: we got our food and it was kinda bussin! i’m very happy with the food, but i dropped a tot and my brother got no cherries or limes in his food. overall, bad service, good food, awful bathrooms

Honestly can’t rate the food because I never got it. Waited FOREVER in the drive through before throwing in the towel. It was taking 10 to 20 minutes per car. Also most of the stalls no longer have ordering stations so you have to go through the drive through. Place is dilapidated and service is non existent. I’d encourage you to go anywhere else to eat.

Meh, food was good. They forgot one of our items but gave it to us when we asked. The grilled cheese wasn’t cut like in the picture so it made it harder to eat. The “Rainbow Slush” isn’t like the picture either. I ordered it cause I thought it would look cool but it didn’t. It tasted good though.

This is the absolute Sonic I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times and it gets worst each time. They don't have enough workers to get one order out within 15 minutes. Don't ever try the drive through when they are busy because they won't answer the machine or tell you to wait one second. I just sat at the order menu for 5 minutes with no response. I will never visit this location ever again and advise every one else to beware when coming to this Sonic location.

Slowest Sonic ever. Long wait in drive thru, then they have me park because they struggled to get our one milkshake ready. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER, I go knock on their door. This woman looked very confused. It still wasn't ready. I took the time to do the review. And still it's not done. Do not come here if you're in a hurry.

They have a bunch of young kids working here that had cars sitting in the drive through and not responding, staff on break sitting outside in the parking lot and when they finally respond to the customers, we get told that they are out of everything except chicken tenders. They claimed the ice cream machine wasn't working and the grill was down. I will never go to this Sonic Drive in ever again, horrible customer service and claimed they could only serve chicken tenders.

Our family’s experience unfortunately reflected many of the negative reviews for this location. On one visit, the outdoor ordering station was out of service, and the next day, several menu items were unavailable. Despite minimal drive-thru traffic, service was exceedingly slow. Additionally, the payment system at the window was malfunctioning. Overall, the store appeared to suffer from poor management and a lack of operational consistency.

Took 40 mins to get food. Ended up with wrong sandwiches anyway. If you dont have an hour to kill dont waist your time.
