Sonic Drive-In

Went to order 3 drinks and was told they are currently not taking orders with no other explanation; as they all sit outside. From a food service worker it is completely unacceptable.

One word: FLIES!

Outside seating was filled with litter everywhere, piles of cigarette butts, and a million flies. Trash cans have no lids and are the perfect breeding ground for flies. You can tell the workers take zero pride in their job and lack basic customer service skills and seem absolutely miserable. Waited about 20 minutes for food. Can clearly tell the ownership doesn’t care about this establishment or how it operates. Which is a shame. It’s a very busy spot and the sonic back home is usually high quality and good reputations.

Great food nice employees, but it took an oddly long time to get my food

Waited in line to order as we were placing the order, the gentlemen couldn’t hear what we ordered. He asked us to pull around to order. When we finally got to the window, he told us he we would have to wait until he completed all of the orders for the people behind us before making ours. We left.

The wait for the drive thru was weirdly long, they said they have to “thaw” smasher burgers.. asked for a vanilla cold brew and was told they don’t have vanilla and there’s only one flavor.. then proceeds to list 4 flavors.

Only went to this sonic while traveling and will not be back. Guy was kinda nice though

This place is a hit or miss it's according to what day you go and who is working.

The food was tasteful. However, there wasn't enough employees on staff and it took us approx. 20 mins to get our food. The food did come out hot and fresh.

Can't take my order until a manager arrives. Only cook present

Sit and wait to place an order for 15 mins while no one was even ordering in the drive thru or at the other stalls. Still didn't get an order placed and was ignored by the workers. This is the worst place to come if your hungry. I gave it a second chance after the exact same thing happened before and still the incompetent practices at this location ensure you will leave upset. The employees you do encounter are rude, could care less, and have no clue what customer service is. Hopefully corporate see this review and fixes the issues at this location. Maybe a new manager or maybe even retraining the entire staff is what this place needs.

The new employees are nicer and more efficient than the previous ones. The hot pretzel with queso cheese is fantastic.

I was just there and I agree with the guy who reviewed 2 days ago. I went to the drive thru and waited no one answer. I went to park at one of the screens for 10 minutes still no one answered, yet I seen a worker doing nothing smoking outside.
